I love stretching underwater, water is so gentle on the joints and on the body (done right obviously) that working out underwater is a pleasure. When I was younger I used to do aqua gym and I tried to apply some of the moves I learned there. My least favourite moves were the underwater crunches but I think my favourite ones were stepping on water.

Guys, we went to the beach in Brighton a few weekends ago and it was one of the best weekends of the summer. This coastal city has a special place in my heart because I used to come here with my family as a child and it was one of the first cities I visited when I moved to the UK with my family for the first time back in '06. Underwater Breath Hold
My first new underwater breath hold in a while. hope you enjoy guys. Sorry that you can't see that well. The water quality was terrible, I am surprised and in the same time grateful that i didn't get sick from it. It was nice to be back in the water though.

Happy Monday! How are you doing? I am having time off this week and it is strange because usually when I am off I like to go travel but this year is different. So although it is a little strange to have time off and stay at home, I am planning to use the time wisely and do all the things I normally don't have time for so a lot of fitness, meditation, breath holding practice and maybe some baking.
