CHAPTER 066- PREVIEW 02 (SEASON TWO) & RELEASE DATE UPDATE ✨

How is everyone doing? I hope all is well.

As most of you may know, I was sick for two weeks and unable to work, which was inconvenient; however, I was finally able to resume work this week, which is fantastic. However, it has hindered my progress on the chapters that are now in production.

Since I am now the sole creator of LMB. I have decided to release Chapter 066 on December 15th instead of November 30th. To ensure quality.

Chapter 066 will be released on INKR on December 30th.

I've made plans to be two chapters ahead of Patreon releases in order to eliminate chapter delays and reduce the strain on my physical health. While I understand everyone's excitement, please be patient with me since I want things to go as smoothly as possible this season.

HIBIKI & HIRO ROUGH SKETCH [01] - BTS SPECIAL ILLUSTRATION

I started a series of illustrations for behind the scenes featuring various characters throughout their lives, specifically to added to the printed volumes of the book. I will be posting the final rendered illustrations onto the new tier once it's ready to be released.

This sketch is one of the illustrations I am working on; it features Hibiki Sakamoto, now known as Lady Himari and Hiro when they were in Junior High school.

While sketching it was hard for me not to compare Hideki's and Shoto's friendship. It was fun.

9 Random Facts about certain characters pt.2✨

Down below are 9 random non-spoiler facts about some main and side characters in LMB, Part 2. These facts may be helpful in the future. Thank you for reading in advance.

1. One of the first areas Hebi got tattooed was on his face. One of his biggest reasons was so that Hiro could look at him without getting triggered. Although Hiro has never explicitly told Hebi this, his body language consistently portrays a different image, as he avoids eye contact with Hebi, unlike his brothers. Hebi was aware of his striking resemblance to his father, particularly in his younger years.

2. Yaku died not knowing how Satsujin truly felt about him.

3. Lady Himari recognized Sakura's loneliness and developed a relationship with her. Surprisingly, it seemed naturally between them. They did a lot of things together, such as play dress up, and Sakura showed her how to correctly apply cosmetics. They referred to each other as sisters, and Lady Himari often supported Sakura in most of her arguments with Hiro when she was around. They were very honest about how much they loved each other.

4. Eiko always wished she had a sister.

5. Shufen may be one of the first sons that is born into the Tanaka family that is not involved in the family business and knows nothing about it.

6. Goro cherished his hair beyond anything else. When Hansuke chopped his hair, he felt as if he had lost a significant portion of his identity and security. He still doesn't trust Shoto enough to grow his hair again, and he may never do.

7. Shoto's affection for his family is deeper than he realizes. He meticulously developed the Intel division to be able to protect his family in every circumstance.

8. Satsujin was diagnosed with childhood-onset schizophrenia at 14 years old, which progressed to schizophrenia. Shortly after Sakura died, he began taking narcotics and has not stopped since. Other opposing syndicates refer to him as 'Druggie Tanaka'. He hates this nickname.

9. Saitama still feels personally responsible for everything that happened to Goro. Particularly with what transpired between Goro and Hansuke. He continues to feel incredibly guilty.

THE TANAKA FAMILY FACTUAL PT.2 ✨

How is everyone doing? I hope all is well.

Season two will begin soon. Therefore, I will be sharing some facts about the Tanaka Family to make dissecting the information that will be released in season two, easier.

Trigger warning, mentions of: SA, domestic violence, child bride, violence against women and children.

1. Chiyoko and Hiroshi married when she was twelve years old and he was in his mid-thirties. This was implied in the 'Book of Short Stories' available on TAPAS. At the time, Chiyoko was the Tanaka family's youngest bride. This caused tension within the Tanaka family since Hiroshi's twin brother Hiroki was opposed to the marriage due to Chiyoko's age and wanted to break with family 'tradition.' This did not go well, considering that Hiroshi was the heir.

2. After three miscarriages, Chiyoko gave birth to Hiro when she was 13 years old. Hiroshi and Chiyoko went on to have fourteen children. However, only four of them managed to stay alive. Numerous miscarriages befell Chiyoko, and the daughters she gave birth to were murdered.

3. Hiroki and his wife were unable to have children, and he refused to accept another wife. As a result, Hiroshi gained the favor of their father, Heihachiro Tanaka, who was the boss at the time. 

4. Hiro was Hiroshi's eldest child and the strongest grandchild. Which boosted Hiroshi's recognition while entirely winning over Heihachiro's approval. As a reward, Hiroshi was appointed boss of the Tanaka Syndicate, making Hiro his heir. 

5. Hiroshi's household was the strictest among Heihachiro's sons. His brothers referred to it as "The House of Eternal Damnation," "Purgatory," or "Hell on Earth." Their children were not permitted to go there, especially while Hiroshi was there, since simply gazing at him in a specific manner was considered rude.

6. Chiyoko's age and beauty made her vulnerable in the presence of the Tanaka men's spouses, and she was often tormented by them, forcing her to remain confined to her home. Only at family feasts or during battles among the grandchildren did people see her. Chiyoko was often forced to conceal her face or wear a mask when she had to be near Hiroshi's siblings. He disliked the notion of other men admiring her beauty.

7. Hiroki and his wife were immensely fond of Chiyoko, particularly Hiroki. This enraged Hiroshi, and he prohibited her from entering his brother's household without his company.

8. Hiro's cousins were completely hostile to him. They often picked on his younger siblings, particularly Saitama, who was the youngest of the four. Hiro had the same anger as his father. Thus, his relatives dubbed him 'The Son of the Devil' or 'Walking Demon.' His relatives often ignored him, and the antagonism grew unbearable for Hiro once he became the Heir.

9. Chiyoko wasn't fond of Hiro and rarely talked to him. Hiro was subjected to all his mother's verbal, physical, and emotional abuse. As Hiro got older, his resemblance to his father became uncanny, making it unbearable for Chiyoko to be near or even look at him. Her favorite children were Chiharu, Chikao, and Saitama. Which he was openly aware of.

10. Following the deaths of the twins Chiharu and Chikao, Hiroshi totally isolated his family and grew even more controlling, as did his abuse. Chiyoko blamed Hiro for their misfortune, and she grew paranoid and overprotective of Saitama, isolating the two boys.

ANNOUNCEMENT- SEASON TWO OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE + INFORMATION

Hello everyone,

How is everyone doing ? i Hope all is well.

I know everyone has been waiting for the release date for season two, and I now officially have it.

Season two episode 067 will be released on Patreon on November 30th; for some of you, it may be December 1st.

Chapter 067 will be released on INKR comics on December 14th. 

Regarding the new updated schedule . As you guys know, I am now doing everything on my own. Therefore, instead of a 14-day update schedule, it will be a 15-day update schedule. Chapter releases will now be done on a Monday instead of a Sunday. I request your patience as I move forward. It will take me some time to work as fast as a two-man team. I am quite nervous, but I believe in myself, and I know I can do it.

Regarding the addition of one new Tier. I will be adding a new tier to Patreon. The details will be posted in another notice at the start of October, so those who wish to upgrade to that tier before the start of November are free to do so!

Sidenote : I will be posting Character sheets , Character descriptions and information for the new addition of characters throughout October - November. 

I also advise readers to re-read season one so you will be able to keep up with all the information and actions that will be taking place in season two. Brace yourselves, it will be a long ride.

THE SAKAMOTO SYNDICATE - INFORMATION PACKET (PATREON EXCLUSIVE)

I will be releasing information packets on each rival syndicate before the start of season 2 and before I release their character designs. The second clan is the Sakamoto family.

I will also paste the information in the post as well for those who are reading on mobile.

The Sakamoto Syndicate is the third largest and most powerful syndicate in the LMB world. The Sakamoto Syndicate established its foundation in the early 1800s. The Sakamoto syndicate is well-known for never taking sides in a confrontation between other syndicates. This makes them seem untrustworthy.

The Akiyama and Sakamoto syndicates have a profound animosity for each other, since Hanzo, the current Akiyama Syndicate boss, thinks the Sakamoto syndicate was involved in his parents' murder.

The Sakamoto syndicate suffered some reputational damage when Hibiki Sakamoto, the heir, now known as Lady Himari, left and transitioned.

The Sakamoto syndicate specializes in assassination and extortion. The members of the Sakamoto syndicate are often older and more experienced. They also continue to refer to Lady Himari as Hibiki Sakamoto whenever they see her, which has caused friction between the Tanaka and Sakamoto Syndicates.

They were strong allies under Hiroshi's leadership of the Tanaka syndicate. However, the two families now have a tense relationship.

7 Random Facts about certain characters ✨

Down below are 7 random facts about some main and side characters in LMB. These facts may be helpful in the future. Thank you for reading in advance.

1. Hiro was born prematurely and was the smallest of the children his mother and father produced. Chiyoko (Hiro's mother) had complications throughout her pregnancy, resulting in Hiro being born with several challenges, including developmental delays and intellectual disabilities. Hiro still has difficulty reading and writing.

2. Once, Satsujin was so high that he snatched Sakura's urn from the family shrine and threatened to shatter it if Hiro didn't return his narcotics, which he confiscated. It was such a traumatic event for his whole family that Hiro prohibited him from entering the family home without supervision, and Yaseiji, Itami, and Hebi abandoned efforts to assist him in overcoming his addiction after that day. Satsujin has no memory of this episode.

3. Karasu has regular panic attacks when Satsujin does not answer the phone or react to SMS in a timely manner. He is horrified after finding Satsujin after three overdoses. Karasu fears disappointing his family and doing poorly. Despite the fact that they have not spoken, he hopes Shoto listens to his music and watches his interviews.

4. Goro wasn't born as a psychopath. In fact, he was always a very sensitive child who cared too much about everything.

5. Shoto always regrets injuring Karasu, despite the fact that he was not to blame. He honestly feels that his siblings despise him because of this incident. He knew he'd be leaving the syndicate, so he meticulously trained his unit to defend his family. It is not a coincidence that his division has not made a single error since he left. Other yakuza families have never met Shoto in person.

6. The major reason Turtle is so feared is that he always wins when he enters a battle. Unlike Shoto, Turtle is extremely pleased to be a Tanaka. The family name has a lot of power. Turtle's demeanor and features resemble those of his great-grandfather, Heiichiro Tanaka, a highly regarded Yakuza leader.

7. Yaseiji has a personal grudge against Shoto for abandoning the syndicate. Yaseiji trains the hardest out of all his siblings. However, he is still unable to surpass Shoto.

THE AKIYAMA SYNDICATE - INFORMATION PACKET (PATREON EXCLUSIVE)

I will be releasing information packets on each rival syndicate before the start of season 2 and before I release their character designs. The first clan is the Akiyama family.

I will also paste the information in the post as well for those who are reading on mobile.

The Akiyama Syndicate was established in the early 1700s. It is one of the most well-known and oldest syndicates in the LMB universe. Up until the Tanaka clan ousted them, the Akiyama clan was considered one of the most brutal syndicates. The Akiyama family excels in mass assassination, martial arts, and deceit. During their reign as the leading syndicate, they were dreaded by everyone they met, even politicians and rival yakuza clans.

The Akiyama clan frequently dresses in white to match their inherited white hair. There is a hypothesis that the Akiyama and Tanaka families are related via blood, although this is not verified. Unfortunately, the bloodline is practically extinct because the current boss, Akiyama Hanzo, has not produced any offspring to carry on the legacy.

Akiyama Hanzo is a merciless Yakuza boss. After Tanaka Hiroshi slaughtered both of Hanzo's parents at the age of seven, Hanzo became the youngest Yakuza boss when he took over the Akiyama syndicate at the age of twelve. The higher members of the Akiyama syndicate work in the light. They hide among ordinary individuals, including members of parliament, business owners, physicians, attorneys, and even teachers. They can carry out an assassination in broad daylight if necessary. However, lower-ranking members of the Akiyama syndicate must operate in the shadows and work their way up the ranks.

Hanzo makes few public appearances and only leaves his territory when meetings are scheduled. Many women from various Yakuza families find him extremely desirable due to his mysterious demeanor. However, Hanzo's gaze has only ever shifted to Tanaka Eiko.

For several generations, the Akiyama and Tanaka families were bitter enemies who often assassinated one another. However, seeing Eiko at one of the boss meetings prompted him to negotiate an arrangement with Tanaka Hiro, with the understanding that whenever Eiko is of legal age and ready for marriage, she would consider allowing him to pursue her.

On Eiko's 16th birthday, Hanzo gifted Hiro 5,000 of his syndicate members, granting the Tanaka syndicate access to the Tohoku area. When the elders of the Akiyama Syndicate learned about this, they all opposed it but kept their thoughts to themselves, except for one senior who governed under Hanzo's dead father. Hanzo murdered him to set an example for others to follow and not question his judgments. Hanzo keeps his affections for Eiko hidden to protect her from women from other syndicates. Hanzo and Eiko have just exchanged a few phrases, and he has no intention of pursuing her right now. For more than two years, he has been protecting her while remaining in the shadows of his estate. Eiko is not aware of Hanzo's affection for her.

Hanzo's greatest fear is getting assassinated, like his parents.
