How is everyone doing? I hope all is well. Today I will be sharing an interview featuring Karasu. Please have a fun read!

• Interviewer: And Su, you’re the youngest member of the band, correct?

• Karasu: Yes, that’s right.

• Karasu: Ota & Renji are quite a bit older than me.

• Interviewer: Right, but you’re the leader. How does that make you feel?

• Karasu: Well, it can be a bit awkward at times. But we are close, so it’s easier to be comfortable with them.

• Interviewer: You also get most of the attention from the girls, have you ever wondered why?

• Karasu: Um, no. I haven’t. But I believe Renji-San gets more attention than I do.

• Karasu: He’s taller and handsome.

• Interviewer: Well, aren’t you humble. The polls state differently.

• Karasu: Haha, really? Sorry. I might have to apologize to my seniors later.

• Interviewer: Honestly, the viewers are dying to know. Which parent blessed you with such good genes?

• Interviewer: Even I’m jealous, just sitting here looking at you.

• Karasu: Oh no, you really shouldn’t be. You’re quite handsome yourself.

• Interviewer: Well, I feel better now.

• Karasu: But in all honesty, I look just like my dad. He’s better-looking than me.

• Interviewer: Really? You’re father? Surprisingly. Usually, pretty boys look like their mothers.

• Karasu: That’s the thing, my dad is just as pretty. My older brothers also resemble him.

• Karasu: To be honest, I am not the most handsome in my family. It would be my eldest brothers.

• Interviewer: Wow, a family filled with good-looking men. I am quite jealous.

• Interviewer: Was your father a model? Or your mother?

• Karasu: Unfortunately, none of my parents were models. But I know they would have been good ones.

• Interviewer: Right. I can say all the viewers will agree as well.

• Interviewer: In a recent interview you did in the States, you stated you learned the electric guitar from your father. From that information, was he also in a band?

• Karasu: Not at all. He was just skilled at it. When he was a young adult, he played it as a hobby.

• Karasu: So, when I told him I wanted to pursue music, he was very supportive and helped me.

• Interviewer: WOW, what an amazing story. He seems like a chill guy.

• Karasu: Haha, well. I suppose he can be, sometimes.

• Interviewer: Everyone usually talks about your fashion sense as well. Where do you take your inspiration from?

• Karasu: Well. I know I might sound like a broken record at this point. But my older brothers. I steal all their ideas and copy their style.

• Karasu: Especially Satsujin’s. He’s a bit of a fashion icon in our family.

• Interviewer: AH yes, that is the one who tags along with you on most of your tours?

• Karasu: Yes. That’s correct. It may seem like he copies my style, but it’s the exact opposite.

• Karasu: He’s very talented.

• Interviewer: Ah, that’s a sweet thing to say. You seem to really like talking about your family.

• Karasu: Yes, well. I love my family. They inspire me to do better every day. I hope I can inspire them to be better every day too.

• Interviewer: I’m sure they are watching. Is there anything you’d like to say to them?

• Karasu: Um, well. I hope they stay out of trouble and that I love them.

• Karasu: But I think they already know this.

10 Facts about HIMARI SAKAMOTO 'LADY HIMARI' ✨

How is everyone doing? I hope all is well. Today, I will be releasing a factual about Lady Himari. Please enjoy reading.

1. Lady Himari is a transgender woman. Initially assigned to a male at birth, Lady Himari began her transition when she turned 17. She was initially the heir of a friendly rival syndicate of the Tanakas. Her family had three children, and she was the firstborn. She has two younger brothers. After she started to transition, she gave up contact with her family and their syndicate. Her family no longer talks to her or accepted her, and she has pledged loyalty to the Tanaka syndicate.

2. Prior to her transition, Lady Himari's name was Hibiki Sakamoto. She's been Hiro's closest friend since they were kids. They attended the same middle and junior high schools. Hiro was the first person Himari informed about her genuine sentiments before she made the decision to transition. Lady Himari was solely concerned with her closest friend's approval and was pleased when Hiro accepted her decision.

3. Lady Himari has been in a serious relationship with her girlfriend for four years. They want to marry soon and ultimately have children. They met during an LGBTQ+ conference.

4. She assisted Eiko in her training and now co-manages the Finance Division alongside her.

5. She was very close friends with Sakura, and they had many enjoyable chats. Sakura always found Lady Himari's experiences to be fascinating and really enjoyed talking to her.

6. Her favorite food is Yakisoba.

7. Lady Himari cherishes Eiko as if she were her own daughter, and she loves her like one. She is also extremely protective of Eiko, as Sakura had requested that she care for her before she died. Lady Himari, on the other hand, has not revealed this information to Eiko and instead serves as a mentor to her.

8. Lady Himari despises being called Hibiki more than being misgendered. 

9. She is particularly concerned about Hiro because she knows her closest friend is no longer present. She keeps her thoughts to herself and secretly monitors him to ensure he does not make poor decisions or try to harm himself.

10. She likes flowers and beautiful kimonos. However, she is still hesitant to wear them in public and prefers to dress in a suit.

JULY UPDATES ✨

I have started to prepare for the second season of Love Murder Basketball. 

 This means that throughout July, I'll be working on character sheets for new and old characters appearing in the forthcoming season. It's an amazing, bittersweet sensation, and for a little while I felt overwhelmed. I hope to be able to complete all of my goals for this series, and I appreciate all the support along the way.

I'll be providing some important updates on Patreon about the second season. I won't be able to go into detail throughout season two production.

I will be sharing information about more Yakuza gangs since the Yakuza will be a key focus in season two.

 I damaged my right elbow today, which is the hand I use to draw. Fortunately, it is not broken, but it hurts quite a bit when I move my right arm in certain positions. As a result, I have to work even more slowly. I'm presently working on a few NSFW pieces and want to share what I can before the end of the month.

WHO IS 'NAYA' ? - NON-SPOILER FACTUAL ✨

How is everyone doing ? I hope all is well. Today I will be sharing facts about Naya, who was mentioned towards the end of the series. Most of these are non-spoilers , therefore please enjoy reading them.

1. Naya is in his mid-twenties and was the first "Black Squad" member. He passed the admission examinations for both Tohoku University and the University of Tokyo by the age of 15. However, at that age, he became interested in the history of the Yakuza and learned about Japan's largest syndicate. The Tanaka syndicate. 

2. Naya has no Yakuza background. Both of his parents are doctors, and he comes from a pretty wealthy family. Naya was named second among the most intelligent children in Japan, behind only Shoto Tanaka, who was ranked first and was just 13 at the time. Naya became fascinated with Shoto after learning about his Yakuza background.

3. During this period, Naya began attending Toho University. Naya found himself bored, realizing he already understood most of the topics under discussion. His parents wanted him to be a doctor, but Naya preferred a more intriguing life. While in university, Naya broke into the Tanaka Syndicate's security system out of boredom. Accessing critical files via their intelligence division. As a result, syndicate members attacked his home, endangering his whole family.

4. Despite lacking combat experience, Naya outperformed more experienced syndicate members by relying solely on tactics and cunning during the attack on his residence. It was amazing that he didn't kill any of them. All he wanted to do was meet Hiro Tanaka personally. The boss. Which was bold.

5. When Naya met Hiro and was questioned. He said honestly, "I was just bored. That is all." This surprised everyone, since he was not affiliated with any competing syndicates or had a Yakuza history. Naya took a step further, asking Hiro to meet Shoto in person. Naya informed Hiro that he wanted to understand more about his son, the kid who had bested him. 

6. When Naya first met Shoto, he requested that he play chess with him. After Shoto defeated him in less than 5 minutes of the game, Naya chose to join the syndicate. Stationed at the Intel division, in the shadows. 

7. After joining the Yakuza, Naya's family disowned him, and he now only communicates with his younger sister. They also removed him from the family registry. Naya was unimpressed and, honestly, did not care.

8. He graduated from Toho University at the top of his class. While attending university, he was also contributing to the development of the Black Squad and Intel Division. This made his life exciting.

9. Naya works in the shadows and is hardly seen by the other members. Only Shoto and Hiro have seen his face. When it comes to bizarre beliefs, he is right up there with Turtle. Naya has always supported Shoto's actions, and he is a true Shoto fanatic. 

10. Because Naya was Shoto's right-hand man, he is now the Intel Division's acting lieutenant. He eagerly anticipates Shoto's comeback to the syndicate.

11. Naya will only take orders from Shoto and Hiro. He also enjoys mocking Yaseiji's pride and ego.

12. He comes off as a sociopath, and because of his wealthy background, he can be quite demeaning without even realizing it. Which is why Turtle and him get along so well since they both like causing mayhem and are pretty skilled at it.

CHARACTER DESIGN STUDY- SHOTO TANAKA

As I said, I would share my process. This is called a character design study. It is part of my process before I begin the design process for any characters. This is NOT a redesign sheet.

I study my characters before I go in and make any changes, and I usually practice how they would look in different lighting or angles. This is also not a character sheet either . It’s what I called an in-between process. It allows me the freedom to visualize concepts, and I usually make an array of changes as I work on the character .

HEBI TANAKA FAMILY FACTUAL ✨

How is everyone doing ? I hope all is well.

I have been getting a lot of questions regarding Hebi and his family and today I will be sharing some facts for everyone !

1.Their sexual lives. Their sexual life is exciting and unique in its own way. Most readers imagine they are constantly having orgies, but this is not always the case. There are currently two toddlers in the home who demand a great deal of care. If the children are not asleep, there is no organization. Usually, one or both of them are keeping a close watch on the children. On the other hand, Hebi has a strong sexual drive, and his wife Hinata is just as eager as he is. These two are generally the first to get started, and they go at it for quite some time. Akira usually joins in on the fun, although it depends on his mood. 

2. Hebi and Akira have no specific roles assigned to them. In a sense, they are both "switches." When they sleep together, they always take turns, although Hebi is generally on 'top' initially since Akira is hesitant to start.

3. Except for the twins, the ladies have varying levels of intimacy with each other.They each have their own tastes. Hinata always loves to take Hebi and Akira together. Aki and Ayaka are sisters who are not intimate with each other directly, but they participate in any orgies that take place. However, Ayaka prefers sleeping with Hebi or Akira. Normally, she is too hesitant to take them both together, although her sister Aki is not.

4. Housework. It's a little old-fashioned, but the women of the family do the household chores. The major reason is that Akira and Hebi frequently work at night or late in the evenings and need to sleep in the mornings.

5. Cooking. Hikari is responsible for most of the house's cooking, and she is quite strict about it. Everyone is expected to eat supper. Unless Hebi is on a mission, he must come home for dinner and then leave to return to work. Akira's schedule is fairly flexible. Therefore, he is okay the whole time.

6. They run a family restaurant that mostly serves members of the Tanaka Syndicate. However, Aki and Ayaka are responsible for operating the restaurant; therefore, they do not cook at home. The restaurant is open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Other syndicate members' wives and girlfriends also work there, which provides them with an additional source of income. It's also a really friendly and accepting workplace, with largely women working there. It's also safe since it's so near the syndicate, and members are regular visitors.

7. They live in a traditional home, as Hebi adheres to traditional values. Their family home is an adequate size with plenty of rooms. If any of them wish to sleep in their own quarters, they may, but it is up to them. 

8. Hinata is mostly responsible for the family's shopping and child care while everyone else is busy. She generally brings them to the park or clothes stores. While Hebi is busy with work, she is responsible for delivering his meals or lunch, with Akira usually accompanying her for safety reasons.

9. They are all happy and comfortable with one another. Everything is in harmony between them, and they are content with their current relationship. They are also not interested in adding another person to their dynamic.

How is everyone doing ? I hope all is well .

After reading all of the comments on the most recent post, I would like to remind everyone that I am the one who stayed. I'm doing my best. Since the publication of this comic almost 4 years ago, I haven't drawn my own characters. Now I must learn to exhibit them in my art style in less than a year, simply because I do not want the gap to be too long and drag out the story.

It's an insensitive conversation to have about Goro's racial ambiguity, especially because he's half Japanese and half black. This will never change. I've noticed that most readers pay no attention to his character at all. If you've read the earlier chapters, you'll notice that a lot has changed since the most recent ones, not only for Goro but for many of the primary cast as well. In earlier chapters, Goro's skin tone lacked color or had a discernible undertone. I didn't like this, so we gradually introduced Goro's undertone to his character throughout the story. All I'm doing is starting with a different undertone because the way I shade and light is pretty different, and the previous undertone made him appear weird in my style.

Goro is a character who wears several hairstyles, primarily due to identification difficulties, which I have yet to address. However, it is alluded to several times during the story, although, as previously stated, few people pay attention to his character or past. Now, regarding my art style , I specialize in semi-realistic art. Therefore, 2D art is completely outside of my comfort zone. As a result, I've had to stylize my art style to fit 2D, which hasn't been simple.

While it may not have been the intended outcome, some of these opinions come across as condescending. I know how to draw and depict people of various ethnicities, as well as how to write about them. I'm really proud of that. I do a lot of studying and am highly knowledgeable about people of various ethnic origins and experiences. Most of the characters' noses are identical in Tsun's art style; Goro's 'broad nose' was not unique to him. It was simply the artist's style. If you look closely at all of the characters. I never intended Goro to have a 'big nose', and I dislike the term because it feels like a stereotypical thing to say about black features in general. Goro's bone structure and characteristics have always been designed to resemble Gyuu (his father), and he resembles Imani (his mother) in all other areas. However, in Tsun's art style, the resemblance to his father, a Japanese man, is subtle and not immediately apparent.

Goro's hair is not curly. It is wavy. I've stated this numerous times, and you can see his hair texture when it was longer. He had curly hair as a child, but as he grew older, the texture altered. He was also noticeably lighter when he was a child, and his complexion changed. Recently, there was also some discussion about Goro being as dark as his mother, despite the fact that he is only half black and should be lighter. Which I ignored. As a result, I've concluded that I won't be able to please everyone, which is fine. I'm just having fun with these hairstyles to see which ones will make it through the second season's development. This time, I simply wanted to explore Goro with a noticeable, slick back hairstyle, which I assumed would be obvious. This was never meant to be his final design.

To conclude, I am not one to complain or discuss my feelings with my readers as it’s not appropriate . This is why, even though everyone has the right to voice their opinions, I reserve the right to disregard them for the sake of maintaining my sanity. However, Patreon brings me closer to my readers, so I prefer to read your comments and communicate with everyone here. The remarks have always encouraged me to do better and not disappoint you. However, for the first time in a long time, I felt the exact opposite.

For the time being, I'll stop posting any redesigns until I feel comfortable again. I will only continue to post illustrations (both SFW and NSFW) and other exclusive content. Thank you 🙇‍♂️.

TURTLE ILLUSTRATION [01] - FULL HD (PATREON EARLY ACCESS)

I've been unwell for the last two weeks and now feel well enough to start sketching again. I suffer from imposter syndrome; therefore, I'm glad I completed this artwork. I wanted to experiment with drawing Turtle, so I messed around with his color palette. In the end, the other colors altered the general mood of Turtle's persona. However, I loved the color scheme, and I may make a character with similar colors in the future.

Erotic Letters exchanged between Hiro & Sakura ✨

Sakura and Hiro used to exchange passionate letters on a daily basis, which helped Hiro write and read. It was also enjoyable for them to share their thoughts with one another. HOUSEHOLD RULES THE TANAKA WOMEN HAD TO FOLLOW 💭

How is everyone doing ? I hope all is well. Today I will be releasing a set of household rules women married into the Tanaka family had to follow. Trigger warning for those who hate the patriarchy or sensitive to violence against women . Though , Hiro did not enforce 96% of these rules in his marriage. They were still practiced within his father’s marriage .

1. Most weddings were prearranged. Their spouses had to be virgins, not only for purity, but also because the concept of sharing their wives with another man was disgusting. Thus, the majority of their brides were between the ages of 13 and 15 when they married.

2. They had to wear traditional clothes both inside and outside the house. They wore yukatas indoors and kimonos outside. They consisted of a range of kimonos for different occasions, all made of high-quality materials.

3. Although they were married, they did not have an 'equal partnership'. The family hierarchy normally goes as follows: 'Grandfather-Father-Son-Grandmother-Wife'. This would be the hierarchy only if the wife had a son; otherwise, she would not be on that panel. They were rarely asked for their input or allowed to make decisions without their husbands' agreement.

4. Their husbands prohibited them from working or earning their own income. Their husbands gave them money for special events, such as visits to food markets. If they needed money to buy something personal for themselves, they couldn't ask for it and had to wait until their husbands offered it to them or they earned it by performing excessive tasks around the house.

5. They did not receive any help or assistance. Typically, they would be in charge of child upbringing, household maintenance, and caring for grandparents who lived with them. They were given rest periods' after birth for two weeks. However, this was generally the case when they had a son. They would limit their rest period to 4-5 days if they had a daughter.

6. They couldn't sleep longer periods than their husbands. This was interpreted as a gesture of contempt because it appeared that they were of equal standing. They could be asleep between 9 p.m. and 4 a.m., or 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. As long as wives completed all household tasks before their husbands arrived home, they could take naps throughout the day.

7. The only time they were allowed to leave the house without their spouse was to go to the grocery store, and they had to bring the children along. It couldn't take more than two hours. However, each household designated a room specifically for punishment.

12. These restrictions were imposed on the women after marriage, and they learned as they went. The men believed it was easier for them to learn these rules through trial and error.

13. They couldn't tell their husbands 'no', 'I don't want to', or 'Wait a second'. This was interpreted as a gesture of disobedience and was not taken lightly. Even if it was something they didn't love, wanted to do, or were incapable of doing, They still had to do it. This includes intimacy, which was not perceived as rape by their husbands. Instead of treating the wives as human beings, they treated them as objects and possessions.

I noticed I never released a factual for Sakura. Most likely to avoid spoilers. However, with the conclusion of season one, I now have more flexibility. I have more freedom. Here are 17 facts about Sakura!

1. Sakura was the only child of an affluent family in Japan's Kansai region.

2. Sakura and Hiro had met many times when she was younger, visiting Tokyo with her parents. Despite the fact that they did not know one another, they were often in similar areas and crossed paths on many occasions. Sakura once passed Hiro and Mai on their way home from school when she was walking with her parents as a child.

3.Sakura adored sweets. She liked it so much that she became interested in baking, looking for ways to reduce the quantity of sugar in the pastries she enjoyed eating.

4.Sakura disliked tardiness and thought it was disrespectful. For example, if Hiro said that he would be home at a certain time, she expected him to come at that time, or if he couldn't make it, he should phone to let her know. She expected him to speak with her personally rather than one of his goons.

5.Sakura was responsible for maintaining Hiro's hair. When she washed his hair, sometimes her intrusive thoughts won, and she dipped his head under the water. It ultimately developed into some lighthearted fun between them.

6.Sakura was extremely beautiful and charming. Despite her disability, when she was with other Yakuza bosses, they were often fascinated by her, even though she didn't talk to them. However, the amount of praise Hiro received for his wife caused him to become even more possessive of her. She found it quite enjoyable.

7.Sakura was the first to celebrate Hiro's birthday and the first to offer him meaningful gifts. She always baked his birthday cakes from scratch, which he greatly appreciated.

It became so severe that she began to suffer mental breakdowns and vocally accuse him of infidelity, even though he wasn't. Hiro had to return home from work earlier, before 11 p.m., to help her feel better.

11.Sakura could use the Katana, but only for the fundamentals that Hiro showed her, and she wasn't interested in learning more because it was unnecessary. She put all her confidence in Hiro to protect her, and he did.

12.She had always wanted to live in the countryside, with a larger garden and backyard, as well as more children. Unfortunately, it did not happen.

13.She had no friends, aside from Hiro and Lady Himari. She typically journaled or chatted with Hiro about her issues. In a sense, he was her best friend. She enjoyed the way he would listen as she talked about various topics, her daily activities, or their children. Some of her best memories are of their alone time.

14.Sakura had a habit of destroying things or drinking when she was upset, stressed, or experiencing episodes. When Sakura had an episode, she would isolate herself from Hiro and the children. Sakura would usually isolate herself for a few days or weeks, with the longest period being a month. It was challenging to manage when the children were small, as it forced all the responsibilities onto Hiro.

15.She used to paint Hiro's nails after she painted her own, and she'd paint one or two of his fingers pink since he wasn't typically paying attention or asleep. The traditional perception of pink as a 'feminine' color aligns with Hiro's status as a tall and intimidating Yakuza leader. As a result, the two of them had a lighthearted joke. However, he refused to remove it. Over time, she lost that playful side and stopped doing it.

16.When Hiro couldn't sleep or had night terrors, she created a song that she would sing or hum to him while playing with his hair, and it always helped him relax. It also worked on children. She called it a magical sleeping potion, but it was because she had a soft, calming voice.

17. Hiro was the last person Sakura saw before she died, and she expressed her love for him.
