Here is a clip of wind working with the new vegetation being made for RevIVe. This is still WIP so the movement isn't the most realistic but we are excited to at least get it working. The shadows cast are also real time so they move with the leaves as the wind blows.
Getting this to work takes quite a while and there is a chance to have the wind affect the trunks and modeled branches so stay tuned.

Its been a while so I just wanted to post some updates on Project RevIVe. The project is alive and well and we've been working hard. Current progress is working with a new vertex AO process to update IV's map assets with vertex AO to give LC more depth. All assets interact with each other when applying vertex AO so you will see darker areas under bridges, overpasses, in parks, and much more. Just wanted to post some pics on progress for Project RevIVe. I know I've been terrible at updating this page and I do apologize for that. We've been busy with all sorts of new additions. Here are a few things listed below:

I wanted to let everyone know I will be releasing alpha files soon for Patreon supporters. Since this is still in alpha stage, stability and performance is unknown. GTAIV had limited light draw distance and dynamic shadow popping when transitioning from outside the dynamic shadow range. Now we can have smooth light transitions along with a very far light draw distance. This is a quick test to see if it is possible.
