For readers of "Hero? I Quit a Long Time Ago", the anime PV has finally dropped. The series was renamed to "Hero Return" some time ago. I'm not a fan of the series, but let's hope MKRL is next on the list, since it's neck and neck with it in terms of sales. This is SFACG's first foray into anime, which is why it's exciting.

Scum bags trying to ask me to join them in selling garbage (Herbal Life) to readers/followers for money after finding me on IG and seeing the number of readers Wu Jizun has. He took so many photos to prove his family uses the products.
If I'm not going to consume it or give it to my family, I'm not telling anybody to put it in their body. Absolutely disgusting to think people could knowingly feed people this garbage for money.

Because the flu has snagged me here, I thought I'd share what I do to combat it - this isn't medical advice. It's simply what I know works for me.
I don't know if it's mold, pollution, the weather (I went from winter to summer) or what, but I have a splitting headache, runny nose and am losing my voice.
Nutrition
- Stay on top of it. Not cutting calories at this point. I might add some fasting in for AMPK stimulus.
- Opting for some grapefruit for the high vit...
