It's been a strange few months.
From the New Year until March I found myself working like a mangaka - long hours with no weekend - in order to hit a deadline I had neglected in favor of spending quality time with family in December. It was a decision I knew I'd regret as I made it. I didn't really foresee the depths of harm which working *badly* would have on me.

The Gulf
Hey all,
I finished my graphic novel "The Gulf" last week. It's surreal to be finished as, at every phase of work over the past two years, it felt insurmountable. I sometimes feel you have to be a crazy person to do this sorta work but it was such a joy to work on.
Anyways, to cap off the project, I redrew the first drawing I had ever done of the lead character Oli. The colour drawing is the new one.
