Introducing Jelani, Hasani's brother and the leader of the Lion Guard. The other members of the guard are, from left to right, Mpenzi the keenest of sight, Kubwa the strongest, Magezi the bravest, and Haraka the fastest.
I had nearly finished coloring this page when I suddenly decided that Hasani should have his own "Zazu". And so Paka was created.

Zarifa clearly loves her little brother very much. XD Those two cubs in panel 2 are also her little siblings, but I didn't bother naming them. It's a miracle I even bothered naming her parents and oldest little brother, because I don't think I'll ever draw them again. There are other lions in the pride too, but I didn't want to draw them... except for Adia, the orange lioness in the last panel. She's Zarifa's distant relative and she came along with her to live in the Pride Lands.

Oo, a new comic. Sorry! :D
But like I said earlier, this one will be short, 16-18 pages. So what is this comic about? The title would suggest it's about "correcting injustice", I wonder what it means...
The main character (and the narrator) is Zarifa, and the "second main character" is her daughter Sanyu.
There's not going to be dialogue, because the story is so short and because... I just don't want to write dialogue for this, okay? So it's going to be just Zarifa's monologue.
I should warn you, this is not going to be a happy, fun story. It's actually pretty horrible. There's going to be so many murders... No one will be safe. No one. But hey, at least the ending will be happy. Kind of. For some characters. From some points of view. Maybe. Oh, I feel bad for writing/drawing this story. Please don't read it. XD

Sooo, I've started a new little project. A comic. It's only going to be 16-18 pages and it won't be diving very deep into anything. But people have been asking about these characters, so I thought I'd finally turn the story in my head into a comic.
This lion, Hasani, is my version of Mohatu's great-grandfather. But he's not the main character of the story, his mate Zarifa is. Some of you might remember her - she's not a nice lioness...
I also thought I should let you guys know that I might have to pause my Patreon for the summer. But I'm not sure yet. Long story short, I had a summer job interview in February and I got the job. But now, because of this virus thing, I don't know if they still want me. School is going to both end later in spring and start earlier in fall than normal and everything is confusing... So, I don't know yet. But I'll let you know when I do know.

This page is pretty bittersweet, knowing that Zira is lying, and in just a few years, Nuka is going to die while trying to make her happy. :/

I'm trying to draw Askari's Lion Guard. Sorry for not posting comic stuff. To be honest, I haven't been in a great place mentally for the past few weeks, and I fear that if I try to draw comic pages now, they won't turn out as good as they could.
But I will get back to the comics when I feel better. Hopefully soon.

Ssssoooo, I decided to accept Lava Scar. I still don't like him but whatever. I also decided to accept the Roar. But it's not as powerful in my fan theory as it is in the series. It can't make hyenas fly, it can't lift Pride Rock off the ground. Oh, and the magical tattoos? They're not magical in my story. Someone has to actually paint them. And Skype calling dead relatives? Nope, that doesn't happen either. I'm not completely against the idea of Kion being able to talk to Mufasa's (and Askari's) spirit, but I don't like how easy it is in the series.
