Let's face the facts. This is a new eBay account with No Feedback and the item is listed as used. That's good because at the end of the day eBay would side with the buyer if there was something wrong. However there is the risk that your money would get tied up for 5 weeks waiting for eBay to refund you if you have a problem. Some risk, but not much and maybe you can offer him half his asking price and he'll accept. Good luck

If you just missed on the 14L2 auction, here's a better deal
So the 14L2 just sold for $500 shipped, this is about $70 less and has make an offer. I bet you could get it for about $400. Good luck.

This is a good deal for eBay. It's listed as working, so you are covered by eBay for that. It also has free shipping and make an offer. I'd consider buying this myself to restore & flip, but I've got too much on my plate right now. 20" PVMs don't go up this cheap very often. Good luck!

This video has been in the works for a few months. First I had to find the tool, the B&K Precision 467 CRT analyzer/Rejuvenator. Then I needed to restore and calibrate it. Finally after all that work, I was able to test it with a homemade adapter for a PVM. This will be published Monday. Thanks again everyone and have a great weekend.
