2017 in Writing

It's been an amazing year writing-wise.

On the fanfiction front, I think I started the year by writing Welcome to Night Vale fanfiction - which is one of my absolute favorites to write because I can get away with writing acid-trip-dreamesque things and it would fit right in. Like floating pillows and man-eating couches.

NaNoWriMo 2017

Well, that was a fun thirty days :)

It was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be, and less stressful than the last few years were. The first few days were, however, a trial, because I was busy and I also couldn't settle on an idea that I wanted to write. 

On the list of ideas were:

Why my friends should stop asking me to write stories for them

I'm actually willing to help people out with writing stories especially if they're people I'm really close to and they're running a deadline. I'm not the best, I know, but I try to help them as much as I can.

I really should listen to my premonitions - remember when I said 'if all goes well' and then immediately listed that my internet might conk out? Yeah. I had a feeling and didn't listen.
