Tier Update!

Just a little update to 2 tiers <3!!

First off, I'd like to welcome back an old tier... THE PLATINUM TIER!!!! It has been re-worked, so now it is a complete digital tier :)!! With the inclusion of higher tier sets, I wanted to include a completely digital tier for anyone over-seas where shipping becomes more expensive, or for anyone who prefers receiving digital rewards over physical!!

The second change effects the Diamond Tier. It has been a tough decision, but I am decidin...
