Soooo...remember how I said I had to do a lot of quick re-writing on the last page? Well, it turns out that we really need to spend some quality time with our crazy conspiracy board before we step any farther into the next scene. So that's what we'll be doing this weekend. Aaaah! This page had to be completely re-written for reasons. I think it turned out ok, though. I do so hate it when that happens, we have something we think works, and at the last minute we realize "wait! this makes no sense!"
So, I'm sorry this is late, I was busy trying to write something other than "Quack quack quack!" on this page.

Hello everyone!
We are very fortunate to once again have a working furnace. We've taken the blankets off the doors. The snow is all gone, too, which means that yesterday I got to go outside and use the pressure washer on the driveway to the North of the house. This being Seattle, it gets knee-deep in moss if we're not careful, and that gets dangerous. It was fun, but I only got a little done because it's a huge job and it started to get dark.

I am so sorry to do this right when we've finally returned to the main story, but Phil had a bad time this week and wasn't able to get the page done. I was afraid he was having an actual heart attack, but it turned out to be just an excruciating charley horse that left him nauseated and with a bad headache for the rest of the day. This morning was all shiny and bright, so I was all set to repot some of our houseplants, when suddenly there was sleet. I suppose the plants can wait.

I've set BackerKit aside for a couple of days, in order to work a bit on Phil's old SF adventure, Buck Godot, Gallimaufry. We finally took down the tree today, and all the tiny spiders (they were hard to spot they were so small) have gone out to the garage to live in the boxes of boughs. I'll use the dried bits of tree for fire starter outside in the Spring.
The tree had dried out enough that there were pine needles all over the floor, so we got to play with the shop vac as a bonus.
