Hey guys, sorry but I'm really struggling to upload stuff in my current location. I've found a bit up the hill but it's slow as hell and it is now dark so no video tonight, but I will sit up there tomorrow and get it ready for tomorrow if it allows.
Sorry it's so late guys, this one was finished and supposed to go up last night at 7:00 but again I ran into technical problems, with the editing software holding it at ransom and it's now just finished compressing & uploading.
I haven't managed the thumbnails or bits yet but it's good to go, I hope, the software is riddled with gremlins at the moment so I'm looking at changing it, that's about as steep a lerning curve than learning Portuguese!

Well, as I post this to you lot im sat on the squiff as the van currently has no steering, propshaft, rear anti roll bar... or wheels!
MOT fail however it's not too bad (especially after the abuse this van got on the portugal trip!) so it'll soon be back on the road!

I lie, I didnt actually stay here, the sound of the water was deafening.
But it amazed me that you can just drive through forests and dirt tracks openly in Portugal and stumble across things like this. No fences, signs... just drive onto it.
This is jumping ahead of the story a few weeks, but I thought I'd start posting photos on here too before anyone else, they are sat on my Dropbox all edited and nowhere to go lol.

Whilst driving through rural Portugal, I noticed an old 60's style building high above us.
To my suprise I was able to just drive straigh upto it and have a look around and found it had an entire resort complex and even an abandoned town off in the distance.

After receiving the news that my plot of land may be sold to someone else, I make a break for the border via a scenic route and am treated to some spectacular views as an introduction into Portugal.
I hope you all enjoy, I'm going to try and get more out more often to catch up with this trip, otherwise It'll be going on until after Xmas haha!

I can finally start work on the portugal trip!
it's took so long to get through, I'd stuck like 4 other videos on the backburner because I wanted so badly to start on these.
So after many months of looking at plots online abroad in many countries I was tired of not being able to get anything in place, and with the Brexit clock looming it was making it worse.

This was supposed to be with you last night but I'm currently having an absolute nightmare with my data and signal, I'm curretly parked outside a Portuguese Mcdonalds stealing their internet to upload and post this!
Things are currently "interesting" there are delays on paperwork and official stuff over here so im stuck out here for an extra 2 weeks than intended.
I've pulled over for the night in a cracking park up in the hills.
A van pulled up earlier selling fresh fish so me and Lance had tuna steaks tonight!
Now I'm about to start making the next few Mid-week videos tonight.

A while back I met up with Ben an Jenya, a lovely couple who own Pickle, Amber's ambulance twin!
They shown me around their home on wheels that started life almost identical to mine, and it's so nice to see someone else's take on the same "blank canvas".
And it turned out we'd both inspired each other on some aspects.

In the last few days of our trip, we hit Ilfracombe and celebrate lance's birthday with a boat ride (totally for us really) but then make him a dog friendly cake. Then on our final day we set ourselves a challenge of making a full roast dinner on the beach down the cliff.
Possibly my favourite part of the trip was these last few days.

After a lockdown away from Emma and then us both being busy working since lockdown, we've not had much time together at all. So we both booked some time off to get down to Devon for a much needed break.
Finally starting to catch back up! I'm looking forward to getting these Devon videos out to you all.
