EDIT 2: Found two other bugs, which have once again been fixed! They were preventing players from using the gardens, and buying chips didn't actually increase your number of chips in-game. My bad!
EDIT: Whoops, there was a bug that prevented you from buying chips in the casino. It's fixed now, but make sure to redownload the game if you haven't.
