Daylight Daily- The Brothers, Part 3

The normal comic is being delayed for the moment, so we're doing a Daylight Daily. We'll get back to the strip on June 1st.

Heheh... Yeah, this is the last of the Brothers story. The characters will certainly pop up in the actual comic and might be revisited in another story, but this is their backstory when you see them. Heheh... Yeah, turns out Sonny has a trigger for arguments and yelling. Another little bit of a mystery for his background.

But yeah, the big thing is that we really, really changed how we draw eyes. Everyone is getting their own eye styles now, which does a LOT to make characters pop. ^_^ Thoughts?

Shading will be added later, bit of a last minute come together on this one.

Beastbear Commission - Oppur Regressions

Heheh... Yeah, this was an odd commission from Beastbear, who just asked us to pick whatever characters we wanted for this scenario. ^^ After considering multiple options for characters, we went with Thomas and Sonny looking after the Oppur girls. Was naturally really fun. Very cute.

Inside On a Sunny Day

Kind of disappointed with this one - I'd been wanting to do a picture of Armie Buff for ages, and then we did a throwaway sketch of her with the intention of finishing it later but never could really land on  a decent idea for it. Wound up ultimately using it as an excuse to practice with trees, windows, and carpet, but while not bad I do think it could've come out better.

Devil Is A Big Baby

Heh... Okay, this is a really BIG project for us, in a way. A lot of work went into this picture so if anyone's got any feedback, let us know.

First we just did a quick shot of Maou, the "hero" from the anime Devil Is A Part Timer, that was it. To help it pop we threw in a shot of Emi, They both came out pretty damn nice, especially with Martin's shading effect and a really great new blushing effect on Emi.... But that wasn't it.

The weird thing is that this was done as an experiment but also a really CLUNKY one. This was drawn in vector lines just to test it... But with my old tablet dying, so it was making much thinner, skinnier lines than normal. Erm... Thoughts? ^^

Deep Undercover

Martin here. This one's sort of funny - Adam is the one who came up with the idea and wrote the dialogue, but I'm the one who's into Princess Principal so much I bought the special edition Blu-ray (being fair I bought it on the very cheap) while Adam just kind of thought the show was okay and hasn't actually watched a huge amount of it.

Anyone read our webcomic Blue Blood Heroes? Vespitina (on the left) and Jake (on the right) are major characters from it, and are going to be mentoring Kayla for now. Notably, since Blues is set Twenty Minutes In The Future this portrayal of both of them is about ten-ish years younger than they are in the comic.

GOD, Sonny and Thomas are cute together. This is yet another bleeding-edge change we're doing to the artwork; making the hair fluffier and bouncier. This technique is so new to us this is like the second or third time we've used it. Surely by the next time we see Sonny it'll be a lot smoother. Also, Thomas's ears have changed to look more like actual tiger ears.

All I got for now, but just love these two together... Wendy being super suspicious is a great addition too. ^^

Heheh... Yeah, here's Part 2, featuring the lord of Evil, The Crimson King, getting a diapie change and a good, humiliating look at his new life as an adorable helpless baby. Particularly proud of the ending note; was especially fun to write. ^^ Considered other images for it, including Robbie attempting to rip his diaper off or Nainika petting Joshie on the head. Just a little commission of Xander and Ryoma undergoing potty training after their regression. Xander is pretty clearly my favorite since he's done up all adorably with his little cape and ring and looking all proper and princely. Ryoma, by contrast, is a bit more rough-and-tumble. Very happy with it.

Rewound Too Far

Heheh.... Yeah, we were in a Midoriya mood and this was the result. I'd been watching the recent arc with Eri being super adorable and this was just a natural result. ^^ Watching these two team up and kick Yakuza ass was just an amazing ending to it and just wanted to see the two of 'em being cute together.
