Thiiiiis has been a rough couple of weeks, so we REALLY needed a break to just do something simple and breezy for Daylight. Since International Tiger Day is on the 29th, we thought we might celebrate early with a little bit of filler to show our appreciation and raise awareness!

So we're both immediately on board with My Adventures With Superman, so why not an upload in honor of its debut? First, we have a commission from Dirtybooks using the show's Lois Lane design, and second we have a hot off the presses picture mimicking a particular expression she has in the second episode that we wanted to imitate.

Of course we had to do more with Nurse Gull, right? She's just so fun to right dialog for because she's SO intense in being as embarrassing as humanly possible. Here she is just humiliating the heck out of poor little Tim. I imagine he probably didn't want to even go in to get a change and just figured it'd be less humiliating to bear it out if his pants didn't also rip.

Yeeeah, another delay on Daylight I'm afraid, we've both been kind of having a rough go of it the past few days so a little extra breathing room would be beneficial.
Actually really curious to see how this set does, it's kind of a weird one without that many super mainstream names. Think Wolfie's the only name in this whole set we've padded of our own accord before, though Miles was commissioned once and we did a non-padded picture of Nadie at one point.

In honor of Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life, we have... a picture based on a completely different Harvest Moon game! Yeah, kind of funny how this one wound up being based on DS, it started with wanting to do Nami's remake design, with the Witch Princess being pulled in since AWL doesn't really provide a lot of things to base something like this around on its own. This one's late in the day but it was only just now finished. We're both giant fans of Super Mario RPG so it felt appropriate to do a tie-in picture and between it, Wonder, and Untitled Peach Game it was a great day for Princess Peach so hey, she gets the spotlight. Really curious to see feedback on this set, feel like it's less off-the-wall and more mainstream than last time. Brings us to 100 names (or more accurately 108) done as part of this series, though not actually drawn in that order; kind of can tell this is around the point I started to get more comfortable with doing repeat series again but still trying to watch that, only one of these series that was in a previous set was Xenoblade.

Heh, this is a bit we've been wanting to do a long time, Akimoto just comically fainting like this. Feels appropriate for what a pure and goody-good classical prince he's supposed to be, thought it'd make for a funny sequence.

Heh. Yeah, these were a long series of commissions slowly covering the cast of this entire series over the course of about 4 months. The franchise they're from is the light novel series "Invaders of the Rokujouma!?" Not sure how much pull those'll all have, hence why they're all being released together instead of one-at-a-time.

Kind of worried this one might be too wordy? Kind of the whole point of it I guess but it is kind of a lot to read.
Either way, we've been asked before about the logistics of the running gag we do of Yuki predicting accidents combined with her still being padded anyway, and it felt like natural ground to cover for a picture with her to go into our logic on how that adds up. Power Pack is a great comic, so can you blame Peter for not wanting to leave?
