Just so you know what I'm up to, Im currently doing my dissertation for university so haven't really had much time to model or print things as I've had my head in the books. But don't worry, the hand in for it is next week and then everything will be right back on track.
With what little time I have had I have managed to get some free time to start finishing the Skyrim steel axe I started a while ago so that will be the first on my list to complete when I get the chance. Here's how far I've go...

As you could tell from the picture the riddler trophy is done. I did have to change some of files but it's good to go. The files are with the rest of the files on the dropbox link with an accompanying print list and a layout drawing showing the construction. Below are some links to the stuff I used for the build, I have also detailed it on the layout drawing.

As you can see from the top image its almost there. I noticed a few improvements that can be made as I did have some minor issues with assembly. I have a plan for the LED's and they are on order so will update you guys if it works, cause if it does, it will be awesome.
Here are some more images;

Above is basically where I'm at with Thorin's sword. Its taking so long as all the different angles for each of the features meet at intersection points at the next feature. Overall, this will be a big sword with some very nice curves and debossing like below which is on the pommel.

In terms to its construction, I do want to do add some steel rods to the spine to ensure it remains stiff. If I do need ...

Starting to assemble some of the main pieces for the Gravity gun, the only parts I have left to print are the clear parts that will make up the energy cylinder/shroud that emits the orange light.
Below is of inside the main body and handle where all the batteries and wiring for the LED will be housed. The front of the main body also has a recess so it should be easy to house a load of battery holders and as it all screws together you'll be able to disassemble it if something doesn't go to plan...

After you voted I got right onto finding some good images of the sword and here's what I have modeled so far. It's taken me longer than I thought to create the main grip of the handle as its something that is tricky in SolidWorks to do but progress is progress.
As for the Gravity Gun, I have about 2/3's of the parts printed and some of them are glued, just need some time to remove support material and screw and dowel the parts. Hopefully updates soon.

I thought I would give you guys the option to choose what project I start next. I have several I want to do but I thought polling the idea's would be a great way to give everyone a chance to vote for what they want. If this goes well then I think this would be a great way to schedule any future projects.
See what you think of these options below and vote for what you want.

I have now completed the Batman games Riddler Trophy and it should be a quick build, I just need to carve out some time around printing the gravity gun to get it done.

For illuminating the question mark itself I found these string light that you can cut to length an are battery operated which just makes the build that much easier to do. I plan to print the question mark parts in a clear PLA then wet s...

To make it easier for you guys and to make sure you have no issues with any of these prints I have started doing build guides for all the models going forward. I've completed and uploaded the build guide for the Wookie Bowcaster into the compressed folder with the STL's and I've started on the DT-29 blaster.
I have also started printing the Gravity gun and producing the build guide as there will be a lot of parts so the easier I can make the build the better.

So far everything is going good, as the original is very coarse and most of the detail is in the texture a lot of the detail is left to interpretation. I've been using the NECA and Volpin Props ones as reference but looking at the original texture there's still some shady areas that I think look different when comparing them. Considering its going to be made for 3D printing there are some constraints both overall I think it will turn out well.

So, after having a think and seeing what other people are offering and the support cost on Patreon I think I need to put forward some changes on my Patreon.
First of all I will have the $10 reward as the new $5 reward as I think asking $10 for some might be too much but other creators on Patreon have had much greater success with this.
The main change will be that over half of my designs will be for you guys only. I've found that I have spent a large amount of time on ...

Hello Guys,
If you haven't already seen I'm starting a project that I've wanted for a while which is the Wookie Bowcaster from Star Wars. I've wanted one for a while and just haven't had the time to do it. So I thought I'd at least start and I'm making better time on it that I thought (see above).
Once I finish this I was thinking of something like a bolter from 40k, just something big and chunky that looks badass.
And don't worry guys, you will have this stuff first, I thank...

A mate of mine had a remote controlled tank that he was getting rid of with remote which seriously helps me with the Mk 1 Tank Project. It has a control for a rotating turret and when you press fire there is a firing sound effect and the tank recoil back a little. Overall its a perfect platform for me start with. As you can see on the image I have got my rough shape and my scale is 1:25 making it roughly 290mm long so a good size.
As for other projects I have bought a 26in millennium fal...

Hi Guys, apologies for not keeping you updated. I have been and still am really busy in work and some VR and 3d printing stuff in engineering which is awesome. One of my current work projects is going to be figuratively and literally huge, I can't tell you what it is but I'm making sure its dead perfect before I settle on the design.
I am still continuing with the Dishonoured pistol but the rear part of the grip is quite difficult to recreate so it's taking me a hell of a lot longer than I eve...

This is where I am with the Dishonored pistol, there's a couple difficult features on this model that took a lot longer than I thought but overall I making progress.
I have had a slow trickle of emails for a while now asking if I can model a power armour suit from fallout. The model itself is quite simple but the problem is how it is mounted to the person wearing it. I might have to make a post to see what other regular cosplayers would want and if there's a specific armour version is wa...

Hello all,
If you have seen my social media posts I have started to print the Big Daddy Drill, I haven't finished the model yet but since the size of the thing I thought could at least start printing the large parts I've completed.
As its a been over a month since I've uploaded the NCR helmet to you guys I will now be uploading the files to MyMiniFactory. As for future projects, I think the next one I want to try is the Dishonoured pistol as this is one I haven't seen done yet and I do l...

I have now finished the model generation for the Ranger helmet and now just braking it down into parts and adding dowel and fixing locations. I aim to space to add a small fan into the side breather vent, like a 30mm or 40mm PC fan and then have a pocket in the side to house the batteries.
This model, when complete, will only be available to you guys for a while before I put it up for everyone as you have supported and deserve to be rewarded in turn. If you think of anything that ...

With university in full swing its been hard to make progress on the NCR helmet, espcially when I've found several texture muck ups that are actually on the game model but are probably only viable using NifSkope to get the right view angle. But, all in all, its still progressing.
Using my breaks in work, I've starting trying to part up and build the drive system for the Bioshock Big Daddy drill. The problem is to fit the portable hand drill I want to use to easily drive everything, I have...

Hi All,
After my holiday and stuff I'm back. Have made more progress on the NCR ranger helmet as shown above, its happening slower than I had hoped but its still rolling on. Im also making progress on the Big Daddy Drill which Im going on my lunch breaks at work. If any of you saw from my social media posts I've been able to get 2.3kg spools off my supplier which Im hope will save my changing over so often and reduce the wastage I always get at the end of spools. As these spools will last long...

Here's where I am so far with the NCR Ranger helmet, all the footage of the modelling is in the dropbox link so just go watch it there. The first hours and last hours of modeling are always the most interesting as you just trying to build an accurate scaffold to hang everything off and then cut it to pieces for printing.
I plan to make a load of Fallout christmas decorations by scaling down the models I've already adding rings so they can be hung. I plan to print a load at about 40/50 mm tall ...

Hi all,
I have recently been on holiday so apologies for the lack of posts. I have just finished the Skyrim Steel Mace, as seen above, and will now start on the NCR Ranger Helmet. I'm currently re-installing New Vegas so I can rip the game mesh and use it for reference and get some good reference images using Nifskope. I will record the modelling and save it to the Dropbox with the rest.
Some of you may have noticed that i have started upload my content to youtube. These will onl...

Hi Guys,
Just thought I'd ask you lot what you think of the next couple potential projects I want to do and what one do you think would be the best and most awesome one to start first.
My first idea is Chewbacca's Wookie Bowcaster, I've had a look at the design and its easier enough to do in terms of its geometry but its hard to find hi-res images for source material for certain parts but I think I've just got to look harder.
For the second idea, which I really want to do,...
