Greetings!

Since the completion of Hero's Quest, I've mostly worked on one of the later Sierra (Vivendi) titles: The Spiderwick Chronicles, the game based on the 2008 movie, which in turn is an adaptation of the novels by the same name. The video and text walkthroughs and soundtrack are already done. I just need to add game play instructions, screen shots, credits and a few other bits to complete the page.

I am very happy to announce that the very first Quest for Glory game has been completed in the Sierra Chest! Yes, finally!

It took a good month to put it all together and I went all detail on it. Here are some of the things you'll find:

Tomorrow the Quest for Glory 1/Hero's Quest page will be completed. It's been quite a ride as I went through all the details of each character type and recorded complete walkthroughs for each of them, along with the complete soundtrack, box art, gameplay instructions, screenshots, and lots more.

Quest for Glory 1 final update

Greetings Patrons!

First and for all, I would like to wish you a Happy New Year! 2016 will be a year with many new additions to the site and, of course, as Patrons, your suggestions have priority! You can also (finally) expect the design document of Sierra Chest 2.0 this month. I've done all the database work and planning in preparation of the site upgrade - it's just a matter of programming and upgraded graphics. Lots of the coding of the current version can be used as a foundation though...

Update Quest for Glory 1 (EGA) progress

Greetings, Patrons!

Meanwhile the video walkthrough of the fighter has been completed and text walkthrough for the magic user is also done, so now I'm going to start recording the magic user video walkthrough. Also the game maps are as good as done and the screen shots are ready for upload to the game page.

I expect the whole game page to be completed in about a week since the thief walkthrough still needs to be covered,  and the game's soundtrack needs to be recorded.
