I usually don’t post a ton of school work, but this assignment was fun and I got to draw Harry Potter fan art haha so I thought I would share here! The left is my first charcoal doodle and the right is the final pic.
to meet the requirements of the assignment I chose a scene from the first book, but the 3rd and 5th books/movies are my favorite!

one of my goals this year was to improve my technical skill so I’ve been catching up on my figure work! Im constantly trying to get better at realistic anatomy so that when I draw something in my regular style it more believable.
these sketches were all from photo reference and are strictly used just for study.
