Lil sword

i recently bought another sword (because why not.) and it came with another mini sword in It’s own separate pocket! It was such a cute little bonus I decided that Zero has it and would end up giving it to Zak to defend herself. 

Zero and Zak are from Hexbreaker. It’s a horror story about killing monsters :)  

Prof. process

I made a gif! 

my process is constantly shifting but I wanted to show you guys the basics of how I do these little screen-shot looking pics. The goal in the end it to make it look as if it were from something animated, so I try to keep the lines apparent on the character as much as I can. I’m also ALWAYS editing little things as I go along. I wanted to give the interior a sort of early 60’s sort of vibe. 

Also this character is titled Prof. but his real name is Check...

These are some characters from Gt. 

Mika is an overactive tailor that works for Fenton. His skills range from restoring an old suit to hiding a dead body.

Justin is a ‘recovering’ drug addict who use to work for Cliff. He is really lazy, talks really slow, and isn’t really all there half the time, but if you do him a favor, he just might grant you a wish.

Quick Sketch

Ive been planning some things for a couple of postcards that I want to make for you guys! Here is a REALLY rough sketch of one of them. The mechanic and robo guy. My sketches are SO scribblY. Like I said before, I always have to make two, sometimes even three passes at something before I feel like its good enough to ink.

Cliff’s Pokemon

My editor and I always talk about what type of Pokémon our ocs would have, so for a break I drew this! Cliff’s loves ghost types and has acquired most of his Pokémon from collecting haunted antiques. He probably has a lot more lurking around his house that he isn’t aware of Lol. He also has a Houndoom and Sableye!

Another tall pic I drew recently. I sense a pattern in my compositions as of late. This pic is of my oc Cliff. He‘s the ‘cliche, rich, eccentric‘ type. Idk why he is so hard for me to draw. I feel like I can never get his face right.

A pic of Zero. Still not sure I like the colors, its a little dark, but I wanted to just draw him for fun. There is something freeing about drawing a character whose face is hidden/ doesn’t really have a face at all.

A small simple process of a ‘screen-cap’ sort of drawing for Sun Ai-Sachaska! I had a really fun time drawing this pic. I do a LOT of edits near the end and I tend to keep my flats and lines really simple because I will most likely be painting over them later on.

Some traditional paintings

Not sure if you guys are into this but I thought I would share anyways! I‘ve had to do lots of traditional painting lately so here are some studies! Most are in acrylic and a few are in oil. Ive been pretty self-conscious to post my traditional stuff, but Ive been getting comfortable scribbling more ocs in my sketch book, so perhaps I will share that stuff exclusively here for you guys! 

There is always so much to learn! Stay creative!
