Toivo's only half elf, but he also will live for an extremely long time. He and Aidan are about the same age.
(fun fact: toivo is 69 years old)

I started this during October when I was still trying to do Inktober. I wasn’t able to complete Inktober, but I still wanted to finish a bunch of my drawings. This is one of them.
With this one I tried something a little different. I decided to take a refillable water brush and make an ink wash inside of it. I haven’t done ink washes before really, but I’ve always wanted to try. This was my first sort of exploration into it.

This piece is related to Ingress Adventuring Company. The magic system in the comic uses symbols to help create magic in the world, and each symbol corresponds to an element or concept. But each of the major symbols also connect to a god in the world.
This is the god of void (who is currently nameless).

I decided to redo the covers of my comic while reprinting them since the last versions definitely were lacking interest. (The last versions were essentially just the chapter covers that you can see on the comic site.) these ones ALSO feature one very important thing I forgot on the last covers... my name. Whoops.
I should have these new covers at Daisho Con this year! (And the rest of the old covers too.)

I've never been especially happy with the cover for chapter 2, so I've decided to redraw and redesign it. I've also decided to redo the first book cover as well, but the second chapter cover was a little more pressing.
