These ones are all a rinse and repeat of the last couple pages, but again the red layer does a lot to add to these pages. I enjoy working in the limited palette, but that does mean that I have to work a little harder to get proper shadows and highlights to create shapes.

Page 6.37 has a couple of extraneous special effects layers that add to the glows and background effects. The red overlay layer is still there, but it's not as prominent as some of the other ones.
Page 6.38 has some really fun glow effects, but to get that specific electricity look I had to try a few different colors. Try turning either of the top two electricity layers off to see how much those are adding. Also, I played a lot with the different colors that made up those two layers and...

Shoutout to the big heavy-hitter in these pages: the red highlight layer. That is doing the biggest work in these pages. There's another layer that's also adding to the eyes, which is only meant to go on the eye layers.
You may notice that if you isolate the eye layer, it's actually on more than just the beast eyes. Just a lil fun fact.

I decided to make a little banner for these PSD posts, just to make them a little easier to differentiate between regular comic page posts.
This group of PSD files also includes a double page spread, AND the vertical scroll that I made for the website and for Tapas/Webtoons. I figured it might be fun to see how I broke apart the spread on 32-33 into a vertical version. It's really just a bunch of panels that I broke apart and stacked on top of each other.

I don't have much to say about this page. It was pretty straightforward as a continuation of the last one, with the weird wobbly panel borders. I almost left the gutters white, but ended up changing them at the last minute like those other pages I posted yesterday.

One thing I was doing in the earlier pages in this scene was making the gutters black. I had done it when they entered this area, but I guess I forgot to do it past Derik's entrance. I tested the black borders on a couple pages and felt like it made the scene stronger, so I decided to go through the effort to update all of the other pages to have black gutters. I figured I should update the patreon pages first and notify y'all so you have some idea of why the next page has black gutters.
