After 2 months trying hard to find a place, attending so many open houses and over 200 applications!! and EVERY ONE OF THEM COMING BACK AS UNSCUESSFUL! finally......one came back with a big green tick (Successful).
Phew, I swear it was getting really scary with the termination date coming close but thankfully this new real estate agent and the owner found myself and my family acceptable to lease their property to.

Sigh.... I do not really understand the reasoning as to why renting in Sydney, Australia has become so difficult.
The past few weeks I have gone to a lot of properties for inspection, filled out a lot of forms (… some that take over a hour even 2 to fill in), spoken to agents and landlords just to constantly be turned down.
Time is just ticking away and this process has become mentally and physically straining
