Hey everyone!

I'm excited to announce that the game is now ready for multi-language support! The technical groundwork has been completed, and I've built a dedicated translation platform to make the process smooth and collaborative.

How it works:

The platform allows translators to work on different sections of the game, track progress, and manage translations efficiently. The translation will be already prepared before and needed only for verification and corrections. The interface is designed to make translation as straightforward as possible, even if you've never done game localization before.

If you're fluent in another language and would like to help make the game accessible to more players around the world, I'd love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to contribute directly to the game's growth and help build a more diverse community.

Whether you’ve been here since the early beta days or just joined recently, your support, feedback, and passion for the game have been absolutely invaluable. Every bug report, suggestion, and encouraging message has helped shape Realm of Dungeons into what it is today.

I started this year with a buggy beta and nobody here. Now, with your amazing help, the game is shaping into both my vision and yours. The growth we’ve achieved together has been incredible, and I’m sure if you stay on this journey with me, we will succeed in making a truly great game.

  • Added Dungeon Keys System - Dungeons now require keys to unlock.

  • Added Hunting Location Bosses - Bosses can now randomly spawn while fighting in hunting locations! They have a 1.5% base spawn chance (increases to 10% when you have an available dungeon to unlock). Bosses can drop dungeon keys.

Balance Changes

  • Luck Formula Rework - Changed critical hit chance formula to (Luck * 4) / enemy level

  • Enemy Luck Stat Changes - Adjusted enemy luck stat generation

This update introduces a major experimental change to the exping system! The new hunting-based progression gives you more control over where and how you level up. The hunting tasks system adds another layer of gameplay where you can work toward fighting special bosses.

The undiscovered enemy state adds some mystery - you'll need to explore and learn about enemies before seeing their full stats. This should make discovering new content more exciting!

News - September 2025

Hey everyone!

Hope you're all doing well and still enjoying the game. I wanted to drop by and share what's been lately, plus give you a heads up about what to expect this month.

Current Plans (Updated 13th September 2025)

So here's what I'm focusing on right now:

  • Low level balancing - due to many recent changes, low level difficulty is too hard, especially for new players

  • Interactive game mechanics instructions - recent new players feedback showed that many aspects of the game are still unclear and without somebody explaining them - hard to understand

  • Campfire balancing - especially low levels are suffering the most

  • UI/UX improvements - small quality of life things that hopefully make everything feel a bit smoother and more intuitive

  • Fixing major bugs/problems - the unglamorous but necessary stuff

  • Internal tech improvements/fixes - boring backend work that you won't see but hopefully will feel

Note: September is slower month for me. I've been taking some breaks after pushing pretty hard on the recent updates, plus I've got a couple more of vacation trips planned that I've been looking forward to. So I won't have as much time to work on the bigger features you've been asking for (looking at you, guild system). But I'm committed to pushing forward with something every single day, even if it's just small progress. Sometimes those tiny daily improvements add up to something pretty cool.

I know some of you have been waiting patiently for those larger features, and I really appreciate that patience. This project means a lot to me, and knowing that you're all here supporting it keeps me motivated to sit down at my computer each evening and chip away at whatever I can manage that day.

The new remote update system means I can now push critical fixes much faster without waiting for app store approvals, which should greatly improve the overall game experience.

  • Equipment stats are not changing (need to restart the app)

  • Google button on iOS can sometimes not work (you can reset your password and login with email and password)

  • Notifications on android seem to not work on most android devices

  • Dungeon is returning error and preventing to start battle

I’m really sorry for the issues, especially with village buildings and issues with google login. I probably won’t have possibility to post an hot-fix in upcoming days

I’ll have less time in August, but I’ll still try to start working on the second part of the guild patch to add more guild features, but current focus is to improve seamless updates and tests to prevent more bugs.

Server Hotfixes

What’s Included:

  • Fixed item stats generation being caped at Item Level ~50

  • Item Quality will also affect now base stat to prevent low quality items being better than rarer ones

  • Guild check-in require now at least character level 5

After I'll come back from second trip (after 04 August), I'll be working on fixing bugs and problems, so new features will have to wait a little:)

Server Hotfixes

Recent update, caused some problems but the most major ones have been fixed:)

What’s Included:

  • Fixed cost of statistics after price reduction

  • Upgrading Guild Hall to level 1 costs 0 (it was costing gold and tokens but it didn't changed anything untill level 2, UI will be fixed in next game update)

  • Added action limiter to Promoting Members to prevent accidential leader promotions (in app member data is not refreshing after promotion)

  • Fixed overwriting guild war by another guild

  • Fixed unlimited quest exploit

  • Guild chat fixes (can be little unstable for some time)

  • Fixed Merchant item generation (it was getting 6x times the same item type)

  • Joining league 11-20 was not working due to Character deletions and mismatch with rankings

From now I'll have a break for some time with development, so another bugs and problems will need to wait a little bit, sorry for that:)

Game Update #5! - Guild Expansion 1/2 + More Changes

iOS Version 1.0.0 (10) and Android Version (12) are now available!

Android: Update on Google Play
iOS: Open the TestFlight app and update from there

What’s Included:

Guild Expansion Part 1/2

  • Guild Chat

  • Guild PvP Wars (still need some tweaks)

  • Guild Bank (for now only gold and guild tokens)

  • Checkin System (not fully completed)

  • Guilds Leaderboard

  • Guild Town (for now only main Building)

  • Last Active Status

Other Changes

  • Nerfed Shelter

  • Fixed Item Pool Loot/Merchants

  • Architect Now Changes Build Time

  • Training Ground now affects Cost

  • Limited construction to 1 building at one time

  • Stats above the limit is now visible in Training Screen

  • Removed Dismantle Option for equipped items and changed placement of buttons

  • Fixed Wood/Stone being cut off after claiming above limit

  • Fixed logging out when network error

Server Hotfixes

Few of quick fixes mentioned on #feedback discord channel 🖤

What’s Included:

  • Prices in shops/item loots changed to different formula. Now they are relevant to Item Level and Item Type (jewellery items prices changed drastically)

  • I've restored ability to Claim Resources while building in Village is upgrading

I think critical problems are for now fixed. I'll try to fix more bugs and add missing features in next game patch
For now I'll push progress to expand Guild System and try my best to include it also in next game update!

Server Hotfixes

Portion of quick fixes mentioned on ⁠discord server, thank you guys:)

What’s Included:,

  • After moving to the next league, now puts you at the bottom of the leaderboard,

  • Fixed rings/amulets drop rate,

  • Increased power of higher quality equipments (this still needs some balancing, for now only statistics were improved),

  • Fixed reference to hit chance (current hit chance is compared to normal quest enemy the same level as your character),

Also some other things that won't be visible until next game patch.

I've already started working on expanding guild system. For now I'll try to first deploy a patch with core fixes soon with other server fixes. All minor problems will be also fixed in future, for now more important things are waiting. Thank you all for being so active, I'll keep going 🖤

Server Fixes

I've fixed some bugs and problems you guys mentioned on discord channel (thank you all 🖤)

What’s Included:

  • Removed food from Quest loot

  • Increased hit chances by ~10% for all creatures (characters, monsters, bossess)

  • Fixed name change problem

  • Fixed an item that couldn't be looted or bought

  • Changed character starting health in arena, now it will always be full health

  • Fixed disappearing remaining resources in Mill/Quarry

  • Fixed Shelter building that could be claimed when stamina was full

What's next:

I'll start working on Guilds and in game notifications now!
