I have been meaning to make some sort of patisserie skill for some time now.

For February I have planned a Macaron Whisker/Maker ( insert some fancy name). I was wondering what will you guys like -
1. Appliance will give open boxes of Macaron which you can sell ( will look good in display ?) and open to get multiple plates of macaron to eat + single plates to eat + a 2 - 3 assorted trays of macaron which you can bake from the oven

So what do you guys think of a not-so-realistic appliance?
The Macaron maker ( like the mochi maker) makes plates of different flavored macarons to eat.
- I will also likely make a macaron stand to buy macarons from
- Use the stove to make boxes of assorted
acarons
- Maybe also bake trays of regular homemade macarons for a meal

So I am in a bit of a dilemma.
There are so many different South East Asian food I want to make! So many varities!
Would you guys teribly mind if I do some for December and also continue part of the theme for January ? Plenty of seafood and rice based dishes!
