A Day Off in Bangkok

I made this little video of my one day off in Bangkok, visiting the Flower Market and the Jim Thompson house, two places I love. I visit Thailand about 12 years ago, with a fabulous three week long trip in the citym in Hua Hin, and Phuket. Tonight in Bangkok

I just arrived in Bangkok yesterday, a very quick trip to perform at the grand opening of The Standard Hotel. Mercedes

In case anyone’s in the market for a car, I’m selling my 2013 Mercedes which only has about 42,000 miles. I travel by plane a lot more than I drive! It’s a pretty car. My guy Howard, who has the duck rescue, is selling it, he also deals with all of my vintage cars. Of course, some of the proceeds for the car will go to his rescue, and the remainder of it will likely go to buying feathers and rhinestones and insurance. 😆

Forest Lawn in Glendale

A favorite place to go for a walk, or take one of my vintage cars for a cruise is Forest Lawn in Glendale. They also happen to have an exhibit on at the moment from one of my other favorite places in LA, the Bob Baker Marionette Theatre.

Oscar Wilde’s Suite in Paris (NSFW/18+)

Here’s one from the vault, a video from the 90s filmed in Paris by Christophe Mourthe. This is in Oscar Wilde’s room at L’Hotel; he was in residence here when he died in 1900.  L’Hotel is a boutique hotel. This room is lovely, very sumptuous and romantic. Some say the room is haunted… I don‘t know about you, but Oscar Wilde can come visit me any time he wants. 👻

Women Talking

I just have to tell you about this wonderful film I saw last night, it’s called Women Talking, with Rooney Mara, Claire Foy, and so many other talented actors. My friend Arianne, Phillips invited me, Olivia Wilde and Jeremy Scott to come to the premiere… I haven’t been wanting to go out much at night lately, but I’m glad I did.

What a phenomenal film. I’m not sure if it’s only in theaters, or if it will be streaming, but we loved it.
