Hi all.
Here it is. Changelog in another post.
I've tried many old save games, some having few in game years of playtime. Tried to fix many bugs that corrupted your old saves.
If you used the save on any of the DEV versions it might be done forever. But you made a backup before doing such thing, didn't you? You should in the future tho.
Anyway, good news. I finally got a writer. Not enough time to include new stories and special chars but I will soon.
You can see whats new in the changelog post.
Hope game is relatively bug free so i can take few days off. Probably not hah.

You can assign girls to your cam site.
Each girl wants to earn certain amount based on her stats, popularity and some trait bonuses.
The actual income will depend on everything above plus network level, company reputation and 2 big factors. First one being marketing score and second one global trends.
You can set the cut % and try to keep the girl happy. Take too much and she'll leave eventually, take too little and you're losing money.
If time allows it, I'll do the same thing for night club.
Since more and more people are requesting it, I finally start scraping the net for local names. I did around 30 countries, rest will follow.
Dev version in a day or two. Need to finish the camshows.
After that i'll polish things a bit and test it all around. Stable version definitely in december. Should be soon.

I've been remaking manual production. It was getting cramped.
We're also going to use the same interface for fulfilling work contracts and assigning models to different places, like cam shows or night club.
It's still work in progress, more filters and indicators are coming soon. Not seen on the first tab, but there's also trends panel if you have analytics PA.

Like seen in the video, there are sliders for minimum happiness, scene likeness and a new one, for last scene shot.
Chemistry bar to see how your partners match is still there. Working on trends bar to see how's that score.

Still haven't decide how to make money from cam shows & night club. Passive income is probably the best way. Photo studio could also be remade as a passive income building.
Just assign the necessary staff and models (camgirls or photomodels) and they'll generate money.
Need to be balanced/scaled in a way that it's a viable strategy for making money. Let's say you just want the biggest camgirl site around. Assigning the right managers would solve this problem.

Hi all.
Nipple piercings finally aligned + few new ones for a total of 8.
As a male MC you can now secretly record your adventures and later publish them. More popular the scene will be, higher the chance of getting caught.
For female MC I'm thinking of doing something different and will probably go with blackmail. Sleep with husbands/wifes then try to extort them.
There're so many new (and old) suggestions and honestly many of them are MUCH needed. Especially those which make your life easier and explain how things work.
Then there's others to spice things up (like hidden cameras), new events or new paths for existing ones.
So I'm adding as many as I can, literally just going down the list.
If this means the "main" v0.79 features(managers, achievements) will have to wait, so be it.
Game needs some polishing of existing systems anyway before adding new ones. There are too many half-done things in the game already.
Might even release an intermediate version 0.785 or just push managers to v0.8. Whatever the case, I really like some of the ideas and I want to make them.

What am i working on?
1. Managers
5 positions(for now), you can promote any of your staff member to a manager position.
Bonus they provide is actually a perk, so I'm still not sure if it's going to be random or something you could choose for them.
I'm leaning towards a random pick, otherwise there's always 1 overpowered perk everyone chooses.
2. Achievements
Some random goals so you can strive for. They'll vary a lot from "have sex with x number of girls" to some really specific ones.
3. Websites
Adding a secondary category, which will make your site more niche. Every category has it's own factor and more specific you get more niche the site will be.
Niche sites will gain subscribers much faster but upper limit is lower then mainstream ones. Subscribers tend to be more loyal with niche sites.
When you have a lot of fans, you may consider opening a mainstream site, let's say a single Boy-Girl category.
I want to make camshows(to utilize all those girls with camgirl trait) but I need to redo the UI for that(look point 5).
4. Empire expansion
Expanding your empire into other branches. Cloth lines, parfumes, sex toys and other merchandise.
5. UI to handle assigning models to places and producing scenes.
Apart from camshows there's also photostudio for girls with photomodel trait, there's work contracts and soon to come assigning staff to your properties which just forces me to create one system to handle all that.
Don't even want to mention manual movie production cause most new players just straight avoid it coz there so many things on that 1 screen.
So I'll streamline this assigning to places/creating new scenes thing.
Random thoughts
Just some random ramblings of what might come. Or not.
AI
End game becomes boring rather quickly so game would really benefit from AI companies.
Just so you could compete with someone, steal their pornstars, they'd steal yours, sabotage them, buy them out, destroy them and so on. You know someone to annoy you during your rise to greatness.
"Classless" system
So every staff member has a class(job) now. I was thinking of changing all the jobs into skills so you'd have directing, writing, ... NPCs would start with one or more skills and you could train them or add new skills.
Training them fully in one skill would most likely have some benefits like special perks or something similar.
There's also whole set of sex skills. Blowjob, dp, deep throat, cumshots which pornstars have. This would also be trainable, new positions would be unlocked, movies would get new tags, more money would be made. You could make really specific movies.
That's pretty much all.
Bonus
I'll keep the save game compatibility for the next few versions. Something everyone wants. You may miss some events tho.

Quickly moving on. I'm adding community suggestions at the moment.
I'll try to include as many as I can. The ones that require more time are coming in the later builds.
So what you're looking at in the picture is a pairings table which will get an "Interracial" tag. Check which combination will get the tag in the options menu.
There's also "Massive Tits". Also made the massive ones rare.
2 more (dev version only for now) are "BBW" and "Petite". Skinniest body type will get petite and largest the BBW tag. Pretty obvious.
If you feel there's any tags missing post them in the comments.

After a rather disgusting transition to Godot 3.1, we're finally at the end. Almost all the code was rewritten(with modding in mind), all animations had to be fixed, shaders had to be rewritten and so much more. It took a long time to bring everything to the point as it was before. I'm really sorry for the long wait and hope that in following months I'll get some good boy points back... It just had to be done at some point.
I'm now back on track and the updates won't take as long in the future. It's a one time thing.
I've also decided to convert the code to static typing cause of promised much better performance (Godot3.2) and catching the bugs quicker.
When i made the poll and random events won, I figured out that used event system was literal shit. Just when i thought I'll have a break from coding, I was rewriting yet another thing. Adding new events is now super easy tho. I have a LONG list of your suggestions and most of them are great and will be getting in. It will also be easy for you all to add your own when mods come.
Godot3 also allowed me to make a whole new conversation system which is easier to handle when you need status effects or branching. I can now (and so will you when modding is available) just write the commands at the end of the line and the effects will be applied. You can imagine I had to change every conversation in the game to a new system.
My lack of experience with bigger projects, writing code that can be scaled and code design in general really hit hard this time around. I'm just happy to be done with all the groundwork so my life can be easier in the future.
There are still some stuff that I just didn't have the motivation to fix yet coz it requires a lot of time and hardcoded values. For example positioning of every sex scene in every location and positions of piercings. This will happen in the following weeks.
So it's mostly a "behind the scenes" update. Really don't want to make you wait another month to put in all the events and make things as I imagined. You'd find me and beat me up. I will add events as we go. Some new ones even in hotfixes.
Still there are some new stuff to be excited for. Bigger and separated tits. Another downward spiral of code rewriting. FFFM animations. Not many coz I've run out of time. I'll add them in hotfixes. Recruiting of the models is changed. You don't need photo studio anymore, you can interview them(casting couch). More statistics and visual representation of them. Home popup events all changed to actual ones. Pregnancy stages.
Balance stuff. Top level girls will be bringing top money. It was a linear scale before now it's exponential. You didn't notice much difference between level 7 and level 9 model before, but now you should. Experimental stuff, still needs some tweaking. The point is to make female pornstars top contributors to the final popularity score. They now bring 2800 out of 5000. Like in real life whole focus is on them.
As always tons of QOL improvements and things I find in the comments.
You can also fuck a receptionist in the hotel. Most important thing in this update by far.
There are keyboard shortcuts in sex scenes but for some yet unknown reason the tooltip doesn't show on hover.
Press 1 to undress all, 2 to dress up,
q,w,e,r,a,s,d,f for the commands on the left.
+/- to change speed
I'll also (most likely) get help with writing. That would be a load off my chest and you could expect new special characters.

tl:dr modding, new locations, FFFM, dev version download in post above.
MODDING
Finished rewriting the event system since the previous one was pretty shitty. Sometimes events were skipped and you could only hope two events didn't happen at the same time.
Changed how special characters and their conversations are loaded.
All this to ensure modding can happen sometime soon. I'd like it to be as easy as possible so I've been rewriting a lot of code to make this possible.
The basic idea is that you create a character and save it as a file. Then write a conversation, set where and when they'll appear and that's it. 2 Files, same names, put them in you mods directory, run the game and play.
Many of you like special characters but i don't have time to do them since i'm not really a writer. They also take a lot of time, my english is really poor, so i decided to open stuff for you all.
It's not a main project, it's sort of a side thing i've been working on for some time. But i want it to happen relatively soon. Will also need to write a short documentation and so on.
First i have to focus on the current version.
It's the first step. If there'll be demand for more, I'll also write so you could add your own sprites.
LOCATIONS
Pool(3 areas) and a night club. You wanted some management and you'll get it.
In dev you can only buy and visit these places.
In stable you'll be able to throw parties and create other events.
The "story" is changed. Delia (the hotel lady) unlocks the ability to buy properties.
At home you'll be able to buy them and new options will open up. You'll be also assigning staff to those places, like bartenders, dancers and security guards.
So like always, high quality people = more income.
Many new locations are planned. Whole new map actually.
FFFM
Nasty engine bug prevented me animating not only the new FFFM, but also everything else. I did managed to find a workaround, but i really hope bug will be fixed soon. It crashes the editor when you're about to save. Without saving of course.
Cause of this crash i've lost new titjobs, cumming in mouth, footjobs and rimming animations. I'll do them again after i completely calm down coz i'm still pissed after 1 month.
You can shoot FFFM movies now, so thats something.
TO DO
I need to transform existing single popup events to the new system. With few added options of course.
Fix all the bugs. DEV version is NOT tested. It's playable if you don't try to many wild things, but sooner or later your encounter on something.
Fix some things which i'm deliberately stalling coz they're so jarring to do. Like piercing positions. Need to hardcode positions for every breast type and every breast size...
Make the animations again.
I really don't want to, but i need to stop myself adding new stuff coz otherwise I'll never finish.
When the game is playable without any major bugs I'll release the stable version. Won't do any countdowns but shouldn't be too far away.
PREGNANCY AGAIN
Nobody is happy how long it takes so I made a slider in the options. Now you can set it to rabbit speed (1 month) or wait 9 months. Like many things before, i also forgot to announce that I've made a stat page for your legacy. Now you can scroll through long lists of your bastard children and admire the fact that half the schools will soon be filled with your blood.

It's a location like any other now, but I've been thinking on making it so you could buy it.
What do you think about buying properties in general? It's been proposed before but didnt have any good locations that you could actually own.
It opens up a question what to do with all the owned properties.
Do you want some gameplay behind it? Just cosmetics/achievements?
For example income from night club depends on quality of girls you put there to work. Some marketing and you have a side income.
You could potentially buy a private beach and use it as a location for shooting porn.
Or forget about all the management and maybe just do a passive bonus, for example owning a gym gives +10 fitness to all your models.
Maybe i'll make a poll about this, but for now i'd like to hear what do you think about all this.

I was getting more and more messages that you want to see more other content then just strictly gameplay mechanics.
So we made a poll.
On 2nd day it was already obvious whats the winner, so I already started adding new events.
"Event" means random happenings around the city. Short scenarios that usually lead up to sex. Imagine really bad porn plots...
For example, you chilling on the beach and a lady asks you to apply a lotion on her back. If you pick the right choices you could end up with her.
Another one would be you having fun in the park and cops show. How will you talk out of that one.
You aren't paying any taxes so inspector comes to snoop around. Will you be able to convince them to let this one slip.
You get the idea.
I'll also convert some of the popup events at home to conversations. Like the one where employee wants a short vacation. You can go BUT...

Some info on what I'm working on.
First the interesting stuff.
TITS
I've made 2 more breast sizes. Some monster titties now.
As mentioned before, tits are now separate sprites so titjobs will be more cool.
WEBSITE
I'm also in the middle of reworking the website.
You'll be able to open a network of sorts. This will be your main hub for your niche sites. Imagine it like a brazzers or similar.
I've been listening to suggestions so sites can now be categorized. You can now add up to 2 categories per site.
System will be simplified. At the start there will be a goal that you publish 2 scenes per month. As you get more subscribers they'll demand more scenes per site.
You publish a scene on the site, you get new subscribers. Number of fans will serve as a hard cap. If you have no fans, logically you cannot have subscribers.
So all in all, publish enough scenes to meet the goal, keep the average quality the same or bigger and you're good to go.
I didn't account for marketing but this will come later.
Adding new sites is not all you'll be able to do. There are some upgrades to the network, like providing 4K videos, opening a camshow(to finally use all those camgirls), opening a shop and so on.
This will bump your network quality and money will roll in.
EMPIRE
Website is part of the empire expansion.
You can also promote a staff member to a manager. There are 5 managerial positions(for now).
Managers will provide some bonus to your company as a whole. I haven't yet decided if bonus will always be the same or will be based on NPC. It's hard to think of that many bonuses. We'll see how creative can i get.
There will also be other things you'll be able to add to the empire. Clothing lines, sex toys, perfumes, lingerie, accessories and so on. Like Playboy brand. It's porn empire after all.
All the above requires advertising and one PA is just not enough. So I've made another regular job, simply named Marketing Specialist. There are sooo many job titles related to marketing, i just went with the general one.
You'll hire them and they'll work on your advertising campaigns. There's a manager position for marketing, so PA marketing role will probably go away.
TRANSITION FROM GODOT 2.1 TO 3.1
While it worked pretty smooth i still had to change many things. Especially UI that used margins. It took some time. I'm also slowly changing the code since they introduce static typing which is always nice to have.
So i think i'm pretty much done with this part. Maybe there's some minor stuff like overlapping left.
DEV VERSION
Dev version does NOT contain everything mentioned above, at least not in working state. There are placeholders where i couldn't test everything out. Some of the code is already written but I don't want to release it in broken state. Better to disable everything for now and enabling piece by piece in the following dev versions.
Download links for new DEV version will be posted in few moments. I managed to get android to work since I've been getting questions about it.

Also you can now set the priority of scene types for auto production.
So if you set for example Gangbang - 10, MMF - 8, and all others on priority 1
It will take the scene type with the largest number(gangbang) and try to find available actors. If there arent any it will look for MMF. If none the it will loop through remaining scene types.
You can still completely disable scene type for studio.

Hi all.
Working on many new things these days. Today is reserved for new publishing options.
You can now choose 4 different ways to publish a scene.
1. Upload to porn tubes and earn some money from ad revenue. You get ton of new fans and some extra cash.
2. Publish to your website. You have to keep your subscribers happy.
3. Distributor Flat Rate. Get fixed amount of money for you scenes. You get no new fans but you get all the money next day. Mostly for early game when you're in dire need of some cash.
4. Distributor percentage. Before you build company reputation you won't get much money from ad revenue. Your best choice till then will probably be this. The drawback is taht you get no new fans.
When your reputation raises so will earnings from ad revenue. Sooner or later they'll be higher than distributor deals. Until then you have to mix things up.
Sometimes is smart to go for less money and build your fanbase which will be really important for your website.
You also get earnings prediction when hovering over buttons.
If you have analytics PA you can also get a prediction for posting on porn tubes.

Moving to Godot3 is progressing pretty ok.
I had to rewrite everything sound related since they changed it. Also rewrote conversation system cause i finally got scripting language improvements that were long needed.
There were also few other issues but mostly cosmetic ones. A little more work then i first anticipated but the game is now playable.
Few things that don't work yet are renaming the characters and cumshots. If i'm able to make this to work today i'll release a dev version later. Otherwise in a day or 2.
There won't be any new content in the next dev version, just a straight up port to Godot3 to see if it works well on other machines.
That's all for now.
After that i'm gonna try out what new animator has to offer and create some new sex positions.

I've been using Godot game engine for Porn Empire. When i started working on the game version 2.1 was available. Now they are close to 3.2.
I tried to port to the newer version in the past, but it wasn't successful. Animations didn't work + a lot of other things were broken. It would take way too much time to make everything again. So i was forced to stay.
Over the weekend (and Monday) I tried again and it went surprisingly smooth. Apart from some code rewriting and few cosmetic glitches there aren't any problems.
Why do you ask?
They've made tons of QOL improvements which make my life easier.
Making animations is a little bit faster.
Importing all the sprites is simplified. Which we have a lot.
Scripting language is improved (supposedly also more performant). Bugs are easier to find.
Nobody works on the old version anymore so you never get any new exciting features.
So in in the next few days i'll export test dev builds on the new engine. I just need to change some code and test it. There will be NO new content or anything, just straight up port.
Only thing i know will happen is game will be slower on android if this is even possible...
But when they release Godot 3.2, we're back on track.
Otherwise it won't change much for you. You wont even notice apart from some UI elements looking a bit different.

I've took your suggestions and bug reports in the last 2 weeks and changed few stuff.
Might as well be called 0.77, but i included everything in the hotfix.
So what's new?
Expanded tutorial. Game's is getting bigger and you can get easily lost on your first playthrough. So many buttons to press.
STDs now work differently. Few people suggested that they didn't do much, there were no risks and so on. I agree with all that so I've made few changes.
Everyone can now catch a STD and spread it around.
There's a new thing called medical checkups.
You can set it on weekly, biweekly, monthly or none. Depends on how much money you want to spend.
When checkups are complete diseased models are revealed. They will have a little injection icon in front of the name. To treat them send them to rehab (bed icon), which is also used for drug addiction.
Also epidemic threat raises as you can see in the picture.
Didn't want to go on forever with the hotfix(and introduce even more bugs), so even if the threat raises to 100% nothing will happen. But in the next version it will be full production stop, force retirement of some actors, fans lost and so on.
If you hate this new mechanic just by looking at it, set checkups to NONE. Diseased actors will never be identified and you can play the game normally. There are no consequences in 0.76c.
Chance of randomly getting an STD is pretty low, so it shouldn't really be a problem if you keep an eye on it.
Contracts
They are a little cheaper and with predetermined duration. Little discount if you decide to go long term. Also testing new equation for calculating the base price which also takes into account character likeness levels. So if she's SOLO only, she'll demand less then someone who has everything at 100%.
Agencies.
No more will they appear in your lists. Now there are multiple agencies each with some category of models. Either by category, region based, only photomodels, mixed and so on. I can easily add more if needed.
You can invest points in the agency of your liking. Just press the green plus button, which appears when there are any points available.
Want ALT models only? No problem. Put all the points into Suicide agency.
More points you invest more models they will provide. You get more points by getting more fans.
For now it's only investing these arbitrary points, but we can expand it by also investing money or doing some other favors to build a reputation with the agency.
That's about it. There are few other minor quality of life changes and bug fixes.
Savegames are compatible but since agency and std behaviors changed you'll have to wait a few ingame weeks for everything to take effect.

Hey all.
Few words about changes. Changelog at the bottom.
After you pick up a model in the city you'll have to do a casting photo shoot. After that all their stats will be revealed and you can decide what to do.
Traits mostly replaced old skills. They give way more bonuses, some completely change the girl.
Girls who have less than 10% in scene type(FF, MF, MMF, ...) won't shoot that type of scene. You'll have to be selective which ones to put on contract.
Special requests are generated. They vary from creating a scene with certain requirements, do photoshoot or just send girls to the desired place. You'll get rewarded for some money.
Whats coming?
I really wanted to put achievements/goals into this version but i run out of time. So they're coming in next weeks with one of the hotfixes.
Upon reaching them you'll unlock outfits and other stuff.
It's fun being in a sandbox for some time but it's better to have at least some goals, even if they're simple.

-More info is shown during retirement event. If model is in favorites list, how many movies did she appear in and meet day.
-Getting a STD now last for 20 days, unless you get treatment.
-Pregnancies last longer.
-Auto production options changed so you can now set exactly which scene types and categories can be shot in the studio
-Sex scenes random position now choose from all the animations not just the first step
-You can undress models during sex scenes individually
-Perk system changed to have good and bad effects, almost like Fallout 1 & 2 traits
As always fixed a lot of bugs and added some quality of life improvements which aren't specifically noted but helpful nonetheless.
