I am very surprised this was most voted for as it was an incomplete idea when I added it to the poll for the next role play video! But I had so much fun working on this video! I got very hungry but I didn't feel like I could eat either because my tummy was bloated and in pain...but I felt better knowing that I could share with you some great tummy noises and it was weird but despite feeling so bloated...my tummy was pretty flat and I could see my ribs!

I get hungry so often it's annoying....so I was having a moment and just grabbed some candy which made my tummy so loud I could feel it! So I sat down to record these loud gurgles and couldn't resist a little belly play towards the end of the video.

So I decided to do this little video to make it look like I am at the doctor office.... getting bored waiting for the doctor I grab a Doppler and listen to my heart! Playing around with breath holds and breath manipulation too see how it changes the sounds my heart makes...

I use to think I was pregnant....for months upon months because of the amount of symptoms I had, the only thing that I could explain my symptoms was pregnancy...
but I was not. It took years to get over that...now I can explain looking pregnant because of leaky gut and SIBO...I use to hate being bloated but as long as it isn't painful...I feel beautiful!

I am curious what your heartrate is standing up... before I learned I had Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) I thought it was normal to have an elevated heartrate just by standing. I am slowly getting back in to recording content again...I created this video with my rapid 130 bpm heartbeat with some asmr nail tapping-I love how my nails sound on my phone!
This video is an update for the channel to let them know I am no longer using Instagram.
Future content will still include Heartbeat Mondays, Tummy Tuesday and Doppler Wednesdays but with new twists on how I present this audio and visual content.
Future content is going to be a lot more planning...
