Bloom Hair Physics WIP

Figured out what I was doing wrong with the wiggle bones before, turns out the addon wasn't meant for simulating physics in real time while rendering, the tutorial I watched left out the part where you hit a "bake" button that comes with the addon that keys every frame of the animation with where each bone should be on that frame. Once you do that, you can disable the addon completely and the bones will still move, using significantly less ram. So now Bloom is fully rigged, all I gotta do now...
