It's valuable as a golden object, but even more valuable to those who know what this bunch of grapes represent.

Spell: Familiar Steed

When you need to be carried somewhere, who better to carry you than your trusted familiar?

Cast at 2nd level, your familiar can carry you along the ground if it has a walking speed.

Cast at 3rd level or higher, a familiar with a swim speed can carry you through the water.

Cast at 5th level or higher, a familiar with a fly speed can carry you through the air.

Treasure: Lady Luck's Sapphire Gift

When someone brand new to adventuring literally stumbles into the lair of a dragon that is already dead, it's phenomenal luck. This statue was made in thanks to a goddess of luck for just such an occurrence.

That adventurer retired immediately.

NPC: Myrrh Silvertouch, the Miraculous

This motivational preacher/singer/musician is hired by different faiths to motivate people and get them into their temples.

He secretly works to undermine civility and causes strife, and is intended as a BBEG.

Hotstone (mineral)

Imagine if there were a type of material you could put under the covers of your bed in winter that is always warm, doesn't take fuel or electricity, and lasts forever.

This type of rock isn't hot enough to cause damage, but it can be used to make life more comfortable.

Fermentium (a nonmagical material)

This amber-colored metal is created by refining white shinestone. Exposure to fermentium causes intoxication.

White Shinestone (a nonmagical material)

This soft white stone can easily be crushed into a sparkling powder, which makes it valuable to those making cosmetic mixtures.

It can also be refined to produce a metal, but few know how to do that.

Spell: Cat Gravity

This spell was inspired by the late Robin Wood, an artist who was known for including cats in her works. I met her years ago at Gen Con, where she explained her thoughts on how cats turn sunlight into gravity.

Poll: Spell Concentration Wording

Hello all.

I'm currently working on the spells section of my book (adding tags to the spells), and got as far as illusionary swarm, a spell that makes concentrating on spells harder.

This sort of thing comes up a lot (in spells like this one, in the War Caster feat, and in other features), and I'm considering adding a definition for Concentration Saving Throws (basically just naming/defining the 5e mechanic for conciseness purposes).

Apprentice Wand

Every aspiring wizard starts somewhere, and, for some, a wand like this might be their first experience with minor magic.

Have you ever met someone that talks and talks and talks, and it starts to drive you a bit crazy? How about a group of them? Or maybe an entire town full?

While not particularly dangerous, these people just don't. stop. talking. And it can really drive characters mad.

To go along with all of the werecreatures I've made recently, I created this spell.

I figure not all lycanthrope outbreaks have to start with someone already infected with the curse. I could see an evil cult, wizard, or "mad scientist" using this spell to make the world a more "interesting" place.
