Spell: Diamond Armor

Conjure magical armor, already donned. It's all shiny and crystalline.

Spell: Wizard's Canopy

No self-respecting wizard should have to get wet when it's raining unless they want to. This magical, oversized umbrella also blocks things like hail and bright sunlight, making time outdoors (or in) more pleasant.

Spell: Illusionary Swarm

Surround an enemy with a swarm of biting, highly distracting creatures. These are an illusion, but the target may not know that.

Spell: Dewfall

This spell makes everything just a little bit wet, which is just enough to provide a little bit of temporary protection from fire.

Spell: Mystical Boomerang

Now the party warrior who wields only a giant axe does not have to feel left out when enemies are flying around or running away.

The spell will temporarily turn any melee weapon into a ranged weapon that comes right back to you (or another person if they are wielding the affected weapon).

This spell originated years ago during my 3e days, and it has been updated for 5e.

Greetings, all.

First up, I just wanted to say hello to everyone, and send out a thanks to the people that stop by and check the variety of stuff I make for this game of pretend that we all enjoy. Double thanks to those who support my creativity as patrons of the D&D arts.

Spell: Cloak of Shadows

Posted the wrong cloak spell, this is the one I wanted to share. :)

This spell creates a cloak out of shadows, which you can cause to expand around you into shifting shadows that help you blend into your surroundings.

False Flag

This battle flag lets you change the appearance of those around you, potentially throwing off the attentions of your foes.

You can use it to impersonate enemy forces, castle guards, invading orcs, or even a festive group on parade celebrating the end of a year and the start of another. The illusion lasts for hours, unless you drop the flag.

Trickster's Catapult Deck

It's a magical deck of cards that can create temporary siege weapons and ammunition for them.

Charm of Eldritch Levity

This was originally made for an Un-Secret Santa gift exchange on Discord (a direct exchange rather than a secretive one), inspired by the keywords flowers, eldritch, and mischief.

This magic charm turns those scary, dark, or edgy warlock spells into something more cheerful and colorful.

Tome of the Pretenders

This magic book lets you use magic to change your appearance when pretending to be characters in a fairy tale.

Average Weapon

This weapon is so average that it's magical. Could be any weapon and it will save on dice rolls.

Water of the Glacial Well

Water that is always cooling and refreshing. Makes trips through the hot desert more pleasant.

Hardtack of Heating

This magical ration biscuit has a lot more flavor than your typical travel bread.

Point of Interest: Triangulated Transmission & Teleportation

This is a business, or chain of businesses, that provides magical services for clients, transmitting messages and teleporting people.

It's expensive, but worth the price when you really need them.

NPC: Poe, Goblin Fool

This guy was created for a homebrew gift exchange on Discord. It was inspired by the keywords poet, punchinello, and farce.

An ugly little goblin that does a comically bad job as an impressionist jester, Poe has another, secret, side to his life.

Forever War Tree (plant)

This tree was created for a homebrew gift exchange on Discord. It was inspired by the key phrases living weapon, immortal, and creature type.

I could see this as something various groups would fight over, as it provides an endless supply of random magical weapons that last a year...so groups would have to return on a regular basis for more weapons, and would have to figure out what kinds of creatures said weap...

Spell: Intoxicate

Get people instantly drunk with this quick spell.

This spell makes use of the intoxicated condition that I posted back in May.

Cast responsibly. Or irresponsibly, if that's your thing.

Spell: Smoke Steps

Kind of like a lower-powered version of gaseous form, this cantrip turns you into smoke until the end of your turn. Could be useful for crossing gaps, reaching a low balcony, or just getting past someone standing in your way.

Wheels of Wonder

You can put this set of magical wheels on a wheeled vehicle to grant it the ability to travel anywhere the creatures pulling it can go.

Want to be able to cross any river or bay in your wagon? Cast water walk on your hard-working oxen.

Want a flying carriage? Cast fly on the team of horses hitched to it.

Have you found a way to harness the ghosts of a pair of horses so they pull your chariot? Lucky you. Now your chariot can take you right through walls.

Anklets of the Endless March

These leather anklets make it easier to continue traveling when you might otherwise get tired.

This is the sort of thing armies would be interested in having for all of their soldiers, or adventurers might use if they regularly push onward to reach their destinations sooner.

This is a split off from a joke item I made for the people on a "Secret Santa's Helpers" Discord server.

Monster: Devourer Beetle

The bane of humanoids that rely on food, this 3-inch long beetle sneaks into containers to consume every crumb and morsel.

Spell: Filling Feast of the Fey

Based on a couple of suggested words (sleepy and cornucopia) from my Discord server, I came up with this spell. It creates a magical feasts, but actually eating it could be a bad thing.

It's meant to draw on the ideas of a cornucopia of endless food, and the sleepiness (and difficulty moving quickly) that a large meal (such as tomorrow's Turkey Day) can cause.

I'm thinking it would have originated with a tricky fey spellcaster before it was stolen by a rival.

Horseless Carriage

What's better than traveling around in a nice carriage, than riding around in one that doesn't have horses pulling it?

Well, this isn't one of those fancy motorized contraptions. This carriage just makes those horses unseen (and prevents them from leaving tracks).

Beach Box

Sometimes it's nice to take some time and just sit out on a sandy beach. This magical sandstone container lets you do that by creating an area of sand for you.

Yes. It's a sandbox.
