Had to make major changes to the shape of the clothes, as otherwise she would look like a Michelin figure.. The armpit area still has some issues, which i will have to correct either with skinning or changing the geometry to fit the body more closely.
The boots and gloves already have the final textures, the rest needs some addition work to make it look more natural.

As usual things did not go as planned, hence i could not release her yesterday. Made another attempt at fixing the breast bone weight issue, without any major success :/ Managed to get the skirt parts as good is it can be done with the limitations of the system, but don't expect miracles :)

I had multiple issues this week and thus had significantly less time to work on her :/ However, she is close to finished, just need to correct around half of the mouth morphs and do a final attempt at making the cloths' skinning better. If all goes well she will be released tomorrow.

This outfit is turning out to be much more troublesome than i have guessed at the start, hence the longer time. Most of the geometry is done by now, but the skinning needs some major reworking, especially for the skirt parts.

Finally managed to finish this character. To my surprise she turned out much prettier than i have anticipated :) Only the top part of the outfit has an alternative state. That is because of the skirt-ish / pants do not have interior parts.

Clothes are almost done for her, just need to make the alternative states. The lower are is troublesome and i will most likely not be able to make a decent middle state as the underlying clothes are missing.

Finally finished her, I really love how she turned out as whole. Changed the eye's UV map that came with the model to use the default HS eye textures as the original was quite low resolution. So you can set any eye texture that HS has for her.
The earring are separate accessories, so they can be used with any character.
The skirt parts have similar physics as all other skirts in HS, meaning they will clip in poses as there is no collision detection :/

Finally managed to finish her, ran into some problems with clothing alternative states regarding transparency / lighting. As said in the preview, new improvements are more layers for hair, no more weird transparency overlaps. And eye bone adjustment, so they behave more naturally.

Getting close to finishing this character. The hair gave me some trouble, but at least i managed to solve this particular issue for good and now have a good hair framework unity file for hairs in general (with more than a dozen layers..) So, from here on hairs in my characters should be a lot better. Also managed to solve an old eye related issue, now i can properly change where the game "thinks" the eyes are, so the eye rotation and gaze direction should be much better.

Finally managed to finish her. Could not solve the usual slider limitation, but at least i now know what causes it (3Ds Max as usual..) I will try to find a workaround while working on the next character.

Just need to make a some decent corrections to the skinning, especially in the chest area. I was thinking about how the polls work and i have two issues with it.
The first is that 1$ cannot vote and so the number of people in this tier is quite low.
The seconds is that the characters i add to the poll are not getting done, as mostly user submissions (25$ tier) win. Which is not a problem at all, but i would like to make a character i prefer once in a while.

Almost done with her outfit, just need to make the gloves and work on the textures. The textures will be a challenge, the normal maps are a composite material with multiple detail maps and mask. These will be quite difficult to translate to something that HS can handle :)

This mod only contains the outfit, to have the same face / hair you will need Roy12's Momiji character mod too.
As you can see from the poster, there is a "bonus" accessory included :)
When using Roy12's character, set the breast size to 65(or lower) and weight / softness to default values, in order to avoid clipping problems. I cant seem to figure out for the life of me what causes these skinning problems around the mentioned area :/

Finally managed to finish her. The mask was quite troublesome. Fun fact, i ended up using the eyekage (frame around the eyeball) slot in the head to make it use the heads bone frame, as that is not possible with any clothes or hair. The googles and the neck part are in the SwimTop slot, so they can be removed if you wish.

The head part for her is proving to be more troublesome with every step :/ But I'm in the finish lane and mostly everything is working as i would like it to be. What is left are some eyebrow morph correcting, final bone weight correcting in some areas, and improving on the textures a bit as they were far from good in the source. Finally managed to finish her, the last stretch gave me all sorts of trouble. First i had to remake the eyelash morphs from the start, as the one i worked on for almost a day turned out to be impossible to skin properly :/ After that, everything looked good, until i checked in a H scene where there were quite bad clipping issues with the upper stomach area...

The outfit part is almost done, just need to finish up on the gloves. It took longer as usual, because i was experimenting with materials and shaders. I can happily say that the new material im using is a perfectly working PBR one, which includes the slider functions in the color section (smoothness - glossiness). Will try to make the main outfit part multi custom color.. if i can figure out that shader :) Afterwards, onto the head and the hair.

Gloria is finally done :) This one gave me all sorts of trouble, mainly bone weight related ones, but the transparencies were problematic too. Breast slider is good till 60 for both animations and poses, for static poses it can go a bit higher. I had to make this compromise, otherwise the outfit under the breasts would look weird. Just a heads up where im at with this outfit. It is getting more effort intensive than i have anticipated.. But at least i managed to make a lot of new feature improvements. Like fully working and proper physics for both front an read dangling thingies, PBR materials and better overall bone weights. Still have to make the gloves, necklace and some general texture improvements. Expect it to be released sometime on this weekend.

Managed to finish Leona, I think the final version looks quite great :) Includes three clothing sets which you can load and each have a different color themes. Iris / eye white / hair / eyelash color are all customizable.
