While physical therapy has been helping, my new job doesn't have the proper accommodations for me yet (I was laid off from my previous job for being unable to even drive there for basically two months), and sitting down for long periods of time still hurts a lot. My report was supposed to be ready on the 5th, but the hospital was swamped with work so I only managed to get back to my doctor (and y'all) today.
