A day late but things were hectic

So I don't have any star wars content for you today but here's why: i spent the last two days working on making [part of] my michigan house habitable and there was actually not even a shower here until about 4 hours ago. I do have family in town so laundry/showers weren't a problem but MAN is it nice to have a shower in my own house!

Once I get the last few pieces done on my new bedroom I'll post photos of it! So far I've put in a carpet, repainted, installed a new bed... I still need...

The flannel i made turned out SUPER comfy 🥰 I wore it wine tasting in traverse city. It's quite warm but since this is April in Michigan that is just fine 😆

Flannel shirt bts

It looks simple, but this is a big deal: I finally made a buttondown shirt that fits me correctly. (Shown here without the buttons because I'm excited to share and I dont want to wait.) This is a task I've been failing at for 15+ years. I think all my practice on the tiki shirts made a difference - with the shirtmaking skills out of the way I could focus on the fit and tweak the pattern until I liked it. Just in time to need a flannel shirt for Michigan!

This corset is taking much longer than I hoped , but I'll end up with a perfectly fitted pattern which means I can go ahead and make my new dragon corsets easily so I think it's worth the effort
