Whoops, I realized I posted page 2 to you on Sunday, which really is the Thursday upload (public). That means that if I post Page 3 now, which I am, I won't have anything to give you Saturday.  After that, everything should be in order for you guys to get your normal updates at least a day early.

Anyway, as Niixa finds out, Endy's not entirely perfect.

Some Progress

So this week, I was feeling creatively drained. So instead of working on my own stuff, I did my commissions early in the week.  Being creatively drained doesn't mean I can't draw what other people want me to draw. But coming up with the stuff I need becomes extremely difficult. I didn't want to waste what time I had left.

So today I started back to work on Artworks. I've not done Endy's apartment and I've already told my fellow writers that we need to avoid Endy's apartment for this ...

I need more time.

 I was really hoping to avoid making this post, but it's inevitable. I need more time before I can start up the comic again. Of all the stuff I need to do, I've only managed to get a couple of things done.  

I need to build the sets that this comic will use, and it's very slow going. I'm not at all a blender pro.  In the end, this will save me time as I won't have to draw the backgrounds by hand.  I've been fighting with the Artworks layout for the past two weeks. It l...

I'm a little behind on the other stuff I needed to get done. Our AC died (Again) this weekend and it's just been too hot to get any work done, especially the stuff I needed to do on the computer like the Artworks sets and Endy's new apartment.

Comic updating again and other stuff

Okay, I got just enough done in Blender that I can limp along with the interior of the Artworks. I was unable to get Endy's new apartment started.  But hopefully we won't really need it anytime soon.

This issue was supposed to go on longer, but during the downtime, we had a meeting about this issue and the next. The next issue was supposed to be a really important one - it was *the reason* I restarted the comic in 2013. So naturally I've been looking forward to it. Unfortunately, we're go...

August 2017 - Inspire me!

Okay, you guys are holding to the threshhold, so let's do this again! 

I realize that last time I didn't tell you guys what inspires me, so maybe this will help you out.

#1. It's much easier for me to draw my characters, so any suggestions of my characters are going to be heavily weighted.  I know people probably don't like that, but it's just the way it is.  I'll try not to pick my characters all the time if they're suggested. I decided to try painting the shading on this one instead of the usual gradient method. This was more relaxing, but I don't think it looks as good and crisp.
