As the President of Howard's Hill Home Improvement Association, she is more or less the de facto leader of the community. She is participating in a month-long Halloween fest as a way to bring more publicity to the community and to help her brand.
She decided on Lady Liberty as her costume....

I suppose it was about time I turned my attention to one of the great latex icons!
I was never too keen on the 'home-made' stitched look of the costume, so I've decided to give it an upgrade for this pic. I'll probably do a version with the stitching though, to see how it looks.
