Yup guys, I'm saying it, as it is.

I'm thinking about making Scene 10 as my last one. Not doing additional content for VAM.

And it's not as spontaneous as it looks like. The thing is, you can't know everything upfront, and my expectations before I started my Patreon, was like 60% different. In first months I have done some changes, and I even saw ways to grow, but even back then I understand "I could not keep up".

Scene 9, maybe a little more than a half done. Here is some pictures. Yes it takes a lot of time, but I'm happy with the results!

Looks like it will have the largest number of animations. Not only 17 parts/pictures/poses, but also for those who don't know, each of them has own variants with random playing. And for old scenes, on average it's 2 variants, but this time it's 5 (even up to 8).

I'm cooking!

Here is a couple pics of Scene 8. Maybe the name will be "Android for personal use".

Scene is about half done.

Hard to predict because some animations can require several times more work then others.

In scene idea the girl can be in different stages, and different animations are made for it. Watches on males hand is for visuals of it, blue for home tasks, white - not moving, and a "purple".

About animations quality

In attachments, the example videos of animations. (or in MEGA)

Each with the simplest case (just one or couple controllers movement), and a complicated movement case.

Both require around half an hour for creating initial pose, but the simple move takes just a couple minutes, and the "right" animation can cost 10-20 times longer.

I usually adding the moves that should be there, like...

I tried to finish the scene this week, but when I wrote the things left to do, I realized that it requires a couple days of the next week.

About quality and time. (*By working day I mean 8-12 hours of work).

First, the scene making parts: Environment 1-2d, looks 1-2d, poses layout 1-2d, animations around 1d for each 5, menu 0.5-1d, sequence anims 1d, packaging and testing 1d, publishing 1d.

For example the Sauna scene (№3) was made in exact 7 working days in a row,...

About custom looks

I am interested to see the statistics about it. (Do you use custom looks?)

It's like adding another setting to my scenes, but what exact?

Or what can I actually do? Sliders for scale, maybe for body parts.

Or I can use the BodyNet plugin. It changes any custom models size to target one, by changing body parts length/scale. It makes the model to have the best fit for animation...

First, I need a new rule, "no more predictions". Setting bounders is good and keeps me busy, making some sort of consistent content uploads. But the two major side effects makes me reconsider it.

The creativity problem, due to the type of work, because it's not something easy and repeatable, but opposite, you become depend on the right mood, and brain capacity, for efficiency. From my experience its like if I work Two 10h days, with 3 days gap, they have 100% and 80% efficiency, or if I...

Progress update

Finally I got something to show.

Here is the idea, and making animations to work with male/futa swap, may be a challenge.

It seems like the most of the scene "assembly" is done, and left to do is animations.

And unfortunately I got some problems, which are stolen my time for work. I'm trying my best to do it faster.

3. Discord server?

I was never did such a thing, and learning about creating and managing a server may took time.

Main reason is looking at your ideas for scene poll. And maybe you would say about scene quality, or things you want to change, because today I have like a zero feedback. (Sure it's because my scenes are good and don't have bugs).

Maybe I can post there more about scene progress? And in general, be more involved.

2. New scenes ideas.

There is 3 ways.

1. I would create ideas, decide and make a scene (current).

2. I would create ideas, and let you decide in a poll.

3. You say me what to put in a poll.

Even before starting the Patreon, I was worry about a lack of new ideas, and at the end it was the one though "I can spawn them, if I think about it enough".

But I think asking you is better, and let you decide in a poll.

The problem is initial variants for a poll, and how I would get...
