I really wanted to have this up earlier, but I am still grateful I am somewhat on schedule again. I've got some other work going on in the background still, but that's it with angsty Touya for now. After that my dear Spicy-Hoots will get finally their meals and this should continue until December! There's probably a 'SFW' entry post for NNN - so stay tuned!

Some more angsty stuff for you!
Really enjoyed this one, even though I had a few problems with making the ribcage glow. I had a few attempts before I was satisfied - you see, there were multiple things that bothered me:
1. I wanted to make it look like theres a glow inside of Touya, that is shining though his skin between the bones, but gets blocked off by his ribs and not just a glow on his skin.

There were a lot of things that bothered me ion the old version. that's why I decided it. Also, one year (or half a year from the last redraw) and I was excited to see my progress. which.... isn't really much this time?
Since there were only minor changes, I actually traced a lot of the old Linework - The Hands were the things that I changed the most I guess. After I finished, I wasn't really seeing ...

With this, I just realized how little I draw Hawks actually. Weird, considering he's my #2 favorite character. I barely use references for Dabi anymore, but with Hawks, it's different. Not only do I search for anime or manga references, but I usually use my own work as reference too. There's another (spicy) Hawks in the making, but for now your get the dramatic birb!
I don't know if you can tell or even remember, but I actually did the "tidy" sketch traditionally on paper and it worked...

Hey - I finally finished it!
I really liked this in the beginning, but it turned out to be one of the most tedious and unsatisfying artpieces e-v-e-r. I - just couldn't get it right somehow. In the end, I am still not super happy with it as it lacks detail and the something if you know what I mean.

A little update - I feel like I get my situation slowly under control again, at least I feel a real bust of motivation. Especially because I almost finished THIS.
Let me tell you, this and the last one kept me from drawing so much. But one of the things I really appreciate about uploading is just that I need to finish stuff. And oh boy, you can't imagine how happy I am when I finally finished it.
