working with topatoco to think about designing things for 'this is fine' again. a sweater concept and something for "this is not fine" that feels evocative of some NIKE design I've probably subconsciously sublimated into my mind. Was playing with real media again and drawing some friends's favorite animal crossing villagers today. Trying to figure out coloring pencils and wondering if that part of my brain is just lost and broken now? It's all computers in there. Photoshop shortcuts and keyboard settings instead of how to blend pencil colors.
Not that I couldn't find it again, but it's an uphill climb to feel good about it. So You Keep Climbing.

Inked the real thing with my left hand. Included the sketch for this guy, which I overdid with my right hand. This guy's too angular and hard to draw goofily on the spot like I can with a round friend. I gotta get more comfortable with angles.
