this is the sketch for my Invader Zim vol 4 foreword that was given the greenlight to finish, with the appropriate edits (I plum forgot they were called VOOT cruisers, but felt sure enough to send this in with the 'zoot' cruiser mistake). I always find myself taken aback with how dark some companies let me be. Looks like darkness lurks in all our hearts after all! How fun!

Maybe the "weace" joke doesn't fit well without the term "war" coming after it in the second panel, but just lookin...

Hello there, in the far off year of 2020. I'm back in my apartment after visiting family for the holidays and I am tapped out. I don't feel like it's a writer's block as much as it's a lack of anything there. I'm not blocked, just empty. Thinking too much about what's next, what's now, what's then, and every other which way has, I guess, left me burnt out in some fashion.

2 more F-offs before the year's end

It's been a slow week just waiting to travel and go somewhere. Nothing really to do at the moment that needs to immediately be done so I've just been taking up the hobby of having bad dreams and troubled sleep. And I was able to eek out two more F-Offs in the meantime just to feel productive! Will THESE be the last ones of the year??? Who knows!! I certainly don't.

That could be it for me for the rest of this year. Next week I'm flying to visit family for the holiday and will probably be thumbnailing out pinocchio if any work is to be done. 2020 gonna be the year Pinocchio gets wrapped up, this I swear. That's my New Year's ticket.

Dark Souls (1) can be such a drag sometimes. I can have a hard time letting go of little things. Big things are easy to let go of, they're too big to hold onto. But the little things get stuck in the back of my teeth and tend to drive me mad. When I learned of the term "tilted," a lot of moments in my youth made more sense in hindsight.

i don't like planes

general anxiety and the lack of control i have in a plane is what gets me. but after driving to oklahoma on and off for 8 years, you sometimes just gotta give up that control and get your time back. One miserable day of flying beats 3 or 4 boring days of driving. And I'm not gonna get better by abstaining from it anymore. I flew in the summer to visit family and it was fine. Time to weather the real storm: holiday travel.

I've been going over the proof of the HiaGB book and finding a weird naggin issue in the pages that I'm not sure if it's my fault or the printers. Just a nagging issue that will be solved in its own time. Trying to get back into it. Okay bye bye

I've been feelin' empty and useless as I get used to the change of a new place. I'm pretty much moved in and now I have no excuse to get back to work, other than I don't feel anything towards producing any actual work. I needed a change and still need one. I'm not sure what.
