6th Monthly Idea Box

With it being the first Friday of the month, here's the new idea box, but I gotta ask first, is the reason no one sent me the frames to edit for the last two monthly polls because y'all wanted me to have more time to work on the Idol cows? Cuz while I appreciate the thought, it seems a bit redundant to keep doing the monthly thing if that's the case.

Idolmoosters 16 Even More Sketch Animation & Misc.

Hey thanks again everyone for sticking around another month, though with how late these posts keep getting I can see why the dropoff was particularly bad this month. I wanna put some of the blame on Animate for lagging so much when the animation gets to these sizes. That definitely means it's time to start coloring these in between frames, so for the updates going forward I'll likely end up compiling each cut into their own little gifs depending on how many frames I can manage to color each w...

It's been a while since the last time I animated something so long I had to export it as a video instead of a gif. That's definitely a good indication that it'll be time to start coloring this portion of the video once those last couple of in betweens near the end are done being sketched. Alrigh alrigh alrigh, had to count the votes a few times to make sure I had it right. After checking who was applied for double votes and who wasn't, it was very close to being a tie between the Subaru tg idea and the Totally Spies bimbo one, but in the end the Totally Spies idea won. Well, the results are in, and after counting the votes, the winner by a slim margin was the one that would have taken the longest to finish, the triple mermaid rotoscope. Once someone sends me the frames for that I'll add it to the schedule, and then I'll see if I can figure out a system for dealing with these really long ones.

Feels like these titles keep getting longer and longer. Another late upload this week, but I wanted to have an assembled version up today since next week will be when the suggestion box opens for the next vote. After some trial and error, you can see how I managed to get the lighting to look, and now I've got a better idea of what to do and not to do the next time something like this comes up. Not sure where to begin with this one. When I was shown the clip I had a feeling the lighting was gonna add an extra amount of work to the process, but I've been taking for granted having all these clips lately that come with a clean view of the background, so it didn't cross my mind that I'd also need to deal with Serena standing in the later part of the clip, so most of the work I've done this week was editing the last 48 frames of the animation to get as close as I could to a clean view of...
