Hey all.... I decided to poke a bit at some more figures for the observation deck scene, since those can be quick and slightly rough, since they'll be greatly shrunk down in the final image.

Hey all, monthly update here. 

I crashed into burnout pretty hard at the end of October, and so I spent the entirety of November doing nothing creative at all. Not even in my spare time. It's been a welcome respite, letting my brain cool off and my stress levels dissipate, and I thank you for indulging me. I needed this.

And that's all folks. I managed to complete everything for the month this time around. But now I'm thinking I should start my winter break early, and take November off. I'm starting to feel worn down to a nub again.

character sheet back inked

Yep, it's the next step on that character sheet I'm doing for Star. 

If this looks good, next step is to lay all the pieces out in model sheet format and add color. After that, I believe there will also be an "adult" version of the sheet. So that's something to look forward to.

Next up... this was the big project that I've been working on for three months for YurY. The original idea was that I'd do two characters a month, but it ended up being more of a technical issue than would make that possible, what with practically everything overlapping. So instead I broke it down into stages of concept and layout, rough pencils and finally for this month, inks and finishes.

Discord Bot

So, as some of you know, I have had a Discord server running for a bit. A while back, I used Patreon's app settings to connect it to the Patreon, but from what I can tell the bot is basically useless and just taking up space.

Do any of you patrons actually get any use out of the discord being botted to patreon like this? 

I'm thinking of disconnecting it again, but I don't want to do that if it's actually useful to you folks.

Hey all... this month's patron image requests were an uphill battle. It's cricket season, and I've got one in my room and it won't shut up. It has made concentrating nigh impossible... nonetheless, I managed to get some stuff done, so here we go. 

Let's start off here, with the next stage of the character sheet for Star. This time, it's the back. Again, let me know if this is looking ok, and I'll move on to the next step. 

Observation Deck

...for this month, netreek let me do some more work on Zero Day, so I got down to doing something that will probably take awhile to get done: a crowd scene for the starship bar and observation lounge. I've already posted a bunch of peeks at this over on the discord, but I'll post some of it here too since not everybody is on there. 

I've also attached PNG images of some of the fullsize character art, since I posted those there too.

Hey all, It's the end of the month, and I'm back. 

Let's start in with the Foozle tarot image for this month. This time, it's The World. 

I don't know why it's called that, since the world is notably absent from the design, but here it is anyway, now with more Foozle and less of everything else.

Next up, for Stardust, it's the next piece of the character sheet I'm doing for him. Having gotten approval for the front pose, I'm now moving on to the 3/4th view. If this gets approval, next stage will be inks. 

Foozle Tarot - Justice

We're back, and rolling.

Let's start off with this, the next card in the Foozle Tarot set for Kith. In this case, she wanted it to look like a specific version of the card, so I did my best to Foozlize that version of the card, with a couple minor tweaks. 

Observation Deck

Another quick peek at an in-progress scene for Zero Day - this is the observation Deck of the Nanti Strides. It still needs some additional furniture, a few little details added, and some people to populate it. 

Once again, all done in Blender.

...and finally, I thought you folks might get a kick out of this. The pose in netreek's piece was based loosely on this rough sketch I did sometime last year. It's been sitting around since then unssen. So, here you go.

I do have one more image I need to finish up for ruathan, but right now I am so burned out that I'm thinking I may put it off a while, if that's okay.

Next up, is a bit of an oddity. While hunting for something else, I discovered this alternate version of one of my old patron requests. If you remember the final version, it had Moonmist instead of Cinnamon. I don't actually remember if I put the wrong one of those two in it the first time, or there was a change requested or what. 

But, there it was, so here it is. Consider this the backup study for that scene, I guess.
