Here's the day early chapter I promised. I don't have anything to really say about this one since it's, as usual, a setup chapter for future chapters.

I got my schedule mixed up, so this came out a day late. The next chapter will probably come out a day sooner, though. In any case, this is the April Fools chapter. Hope you guys enjoy it!

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 271

What an end to this segment. I don't have much to say, though. I'm still pretty surprised that this happened so soon. In any case, I mentioned it before, but the next chapter is like an April Fools chapter the author did. I normally wouldn't mention it and let it surprise people, but we're like 10 days past April Fools, so I felt like I should. 

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 270

I'm just going to end up repeating what I said in the last chapter. I really didn't expect this to happen so soon. We still have like another 200 chapters left. Welp, I guess we'll have to wait and see what's in store for us.

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 269

This really goes from 1 to 100 real fast. I really didn't expect things to unfold this soon. On another note, there's an April Fools chapter the author did after this segment and I'm slightly sad that I wasn't able to squeeze that out fast enough. Oh well. I hope you guys have a good April.

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 268

I hope you guys enjoy the chapter. Oh man. Things are getting more intense by the chapter. I honestly did not expect Dant to pick a fight with this Demon Lord so soon. We're only like halfway through the total release of chapters. What's going to happen next?

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 267

Well, things are immediately getting tense in this chapter. Was everything for the sake of this moment, I wonder?

On another note, I don't think I have covid. It's been a while since I found out my mum has covid, but I haven't felt any different. Well, you can go about 2 weeks without showing any symptoms, so I'm not 100% certain yet. At least my mum seems to be getting better.

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 266

I'm going to admit it. I hated working on this chapter. I'm usually fine with translating politics, but this chapter just had so much of it. It was almost like I was translating my professor's paper again.

On another more serious note, I found out a few days ago that my mom has covid. She's been resting and I'm not sure if I have it as well. I think I'm okay, but I can only wait and see. If a chapter is delayed, then it's because I'm suddenly suffering from conditions.

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 265

I guess we see the full aftermath of what happened after Laura completely committed to putting Barbatos in her control many chapters ago. Women are scary.

On another note, the next chapter might take a bit because it's sort of filled with political jargon. Republicanism and democracy are sort of explained in the next chapter, so it's one of those boring things to translate. 

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 264

I hope you guys enjoy the chapter. This was a rather fun chapter to translate. Dant explaining the hierarchy within his army is something I never thought I wanted. Well, I hope you guys have a pleasant day. I'm going to take a nap because I slept way too late last night.

As I promised, I pushed this chapter out a day sooner than usual. This was a pretty nice way to end the chapter. Hopefully, this doesn't come around to bite Dant in the ass later on.

Sorry about the delay. My editor/proofreader has been a bit busy lately and I don't like pressuring people to get things done quick, so I just waited patiently. The next chapter will probably come out a day sooner than usual, though. 

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 261

I hope you guys enjoy the chapter. There really is nothing much to say this chapter. The presidential election happened here in Korea yesterday, but I've never been interested in politics. All I noticed is that Koreans were more concerned about this election than the whole situation in Ukraine. I can't tell if it was just bad timing or Koreans simply don't care about things that happen elsewhere. Maybe I didn't look in the right places. 

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 260

I hope you guys enjoy the chapter. I think I'm mostly better now. The booster shot didn't mess me up as bad as the 2nd dose of the vaccine, but the headache lasted longer than I expected. Man, when is covid going to end properly? I want to stop wearing masks. Bleh.

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 259

Sorry about the sudden delay. I completely forgot that my booster shot was like 2 days after I posted the last chapter. I thought it was in the middle of March. I felt rather feverish and had an annoying headache after I got my shot, so I decided to rest until I got better. Although I don't feel 100% yet, the feverish feeling is gone but the headache is still there, I managed to push this chapter out.

Hopefully, I'll have recovered by the time I finish the next chapter.

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 258

I hope you guys enjoy the chapter. I'm getting my booster shot next week. I completely forgot about it because of my brother's wedding. Now I'll probably have to delay a chapter AGAIN because of this. Unless I somehow don't get any symptoms this time around. I doubt it though. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Hooray, Laura is getting the spotlight again. I hope you guys have a good day. I've been trying to relax by playing Lost Ark lately since it finally came out globally. I may be playing with slight lag, but it's still really enjoyable.

Dungeon Defense (WN): Chapter 256

I hope you guys enjoy the chapter. I'm back from the wedding. I feel so exhausted after talking to all those people I've never met before. My social anxiety can only handle so much. I also had to return the hanbok my mom rented along with another person's which made me have to carry two very large bags on the subway and bus for 3-4 hours. It's finally all over now, but now I just want to rest. If the next chapter is delayed, then it's because I'm taking a breather.

I hope you guys enjoy the chapter. This week is going to be exhausting. Why am I getting involved so much for someone else's wedding? Well, at least this was an interesting chapter. Does this mean Ivar is a part of the group now, I wonder?

I hope you guys enjoy the chapter. You felt bad for Gamigin just a few chapters ago, and now you feel bad for Ivar. Dantalian is truly scum. 

Well, on another note, the next chapter might get a little delayed since I'm going out tomorrow to the wedding hall my brother is getting married at. The wedding isn't until next week, but we're basically going a week before to try out the food there and do other pre-prep stuff. I apologize beforehand if there is a delay.

Welcome to the new chapter segment. I guess this is going to be about Dant speedrunning Ivar's route. Or at least I think that's what the title is implying. Uh, not much else to say. Dant just scheming again as usual and my life is being hectic because of the upcoming wedding.

I hope you guys enjoy this chapter. Finally, I can use female pronouns for Ivar now...Although at this point, it feels awkward. Ivar really doesn't sound like a feminine name at all, but I guess that's sort of a common trope in DD.

I'm back from my family reunion. It was so exhausting since everyone was able to gather for the first time in a couple of years. So much talking... I don't even remember what this chapter was about. I hope you guys enjoy :^)

Being able to casually stab yourself is quite impressive. In any case, it'll be Lunar New Year in a few days. I explained it in the last chapter already, but I'm going to be meeting relatives for an entire day, so the next chapter has a high chance of being delayed. To whoever also celebrates this New Year, happy holidays!

On another note, Chinese New Years is approaching, so there'll be a delay when that comes around since I'll be visiting relatives for an entire day. I'll most likely be able to get another chapter out before then, but just know the chapter after might take a day longer.

All I have to say is that I most likely won't accept commissions to translate research papers anymore. They are not worth the hassle. On another note, I hope you guys enjoy the chapter. This segment feels like it's going to be pretty interesting so far.

I hope you guys enjoy the chapter. I have to quickly mention that the next chapter might be late by a day because I was suddenly contacted by my old uni professor and she wants me to translate a section of her research paper. I'm doing it since she's paying me, but my god are research papers vastly different in comparison to novels. I read a bit of it already but the lines are so needlessly convoluted and use so much made up words. Are all research papers like this? Like they repeat the same ...

On another note, my brother is getting married exactly one month from now.  I guess it's a thing to give people who are getting married some money during their wedding? Be great if we didn't also have some family drama happening right now as well.  Really putting me in a bind. Well, it's personal stuff so I won't go into details about it.
