Almost weekend

Hey guys, I hope your week is going at least okay so far - it's almost the weekend again, and I'm very much looking forward to it. Tomorrow, we are visiting Frankfurt to sit three lovely dogs and two cats until Sunday, which also means great food as the restaurants there are so much better than the ones close to our flat. AND I will have two photoshoots (if all goes well) - one in a studio and one in a lake! Cant't wait for it, especially the lake one as it is so difficult to find one in this...

Something old

This here is an older series shot by @thomas_ruppel. I like those calm, emotional, clean shootings without much posing, and I feel like black and white is usually working SO well with it as it really lets the pictures speak. Don't worry, the next series is going to have more colour again 😜

First mini-series with @portraitsandlight

I can't describe how much I loved this photo shoot. Being able to explore by myself, having no one who interferes and tells me what to do... I used to be completely overwhelmed without directions, but nowadays I appreciate it more and more when a photographer really is just in the background and lets me do my thing. That being said, I still prefer it when they pick the outfits and the set-up 😂

About today

I actually managed to get some behind the scenes for you guys 😊 First picture is me with my very beautiful curls-in-the-making-construct, the rest are fresh from the studio where we shot with @blitzlichtgewitter_mainz. We were supposed to be two photographers and two models, but unfortunately, the second photographer fell ill, so it was just the three of us. But we did a real shooting marathon, and I think we’ll have some great results 🥰 How was your Saturday?

Wet hair

I can't tell you how uncomfortable it is to shoot with wet hair on dry skin. At least for me 😂 Like... even if I took a shower and washed my hair, I immediately have to wrap a towel around it or put on a bathrobe, so my hair doesn't get to touch my back 😂 Do you have similar "weird" pet peeves? Or is it just me?

As I already told you, Dominik and I had actually planned some fruity and flowery stuff for our last shooting.
