I'm building a "realistic" high school for my game and needed a sign in English. So I made these plus additional ones, so I can share them with other players who may want them. These signs work with the base game, so you do NOT need the Highschool EP to use them.
They have a white and black swatch, however, the black swatch doesn't really light up at night. Feel free to open the texture file and recolor in Photoshop/GIMP/etc if you want to change the color.
