Hello everyone! First up we've got a completely safe recipe for a variety of diets. Somehow chili is such a good meal that you can take away most of what makes it chili and it's still good!

I hope you enjoy it too and thank you all so much for the support!

I have truly saved the best for last this year. These cookies are unbelievably good. The recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law (Caroline Williams) who just so happens to be a pastry chef and these cookies rank among the best things I've ever cooked. Big thanks to her and I hope you enjoy!

It's been a... well a weird year for a lot people I think. This is my second year in a row with a big job change and a move. I have more going on and more to keep track than any other time in my life and I find myself exhausted more often than not. Thank you for sticking with me and thank you so much for your support. There have been times this year where I could not have done without it and I appreciate it so much. Thank you and have a Happy New Year.

Hello everyone! The holidays have been as hectic as ever but the latest round of recipes is ready! First up is Basque Burnt Cheesecake. An absolutely delicious back-to-basics cheesecake.

And much like tacking my burgers back to basics made them 100% better, this is a similar story. I hope you enjoy and thank you all so so much for your support!

And finally this month is the slightly late Halloween recipe. This time around I've recreated York Peppermint Patties. And they are startlingly close to the store bought kind, but as usual, a little better. Hope you enjoy and have a safe and Happy Halloween. Thank you all so so much for the support!

Oops only crumble! The best part is that you can get two distinct layers from the crumble mix just by compressing it a little. These are super super delicious and I highly recommend you give them a shot. Thanks so so much and I hope you enjoy!

I don't usually make political digs, but sometimes I just can't help myself. Either way this caramel sauce is tricky to nail, but when you get it right... wow. Just. Wow.

Continuing on my recent Greek/Mediterranean kick... Falafel. I haven't really had too much of Falafel in the past, but that's going to change. It was soooo delicious and pairs perfectly with the gyro and tzatziki sauce recipes from last month.

It's a process, but it's definitely worth it. I hope you give it a shot and thank you all so much for your support

I honestly never really thought about it, but it turns out potatoes au gratin really is just mac & cheese. To the point where you could use a mac & cheese recipe, but just substitute sliced potatoes for macaroni and you're set. This does not mean it isn't absolutely amazing.

Here's the latest southern staple that I've tackled! Boiled Peanuts. This one could be tricky depending on where you are and what the season is because you really want green peanuts for it. Assuming you can get ahold of some, you're in for a treat.
