Their shape feels goofy and doesn't fit the theme of this character we envisioned. Slapped a turtle face in google search for reference and here we go. As you have noticed we inserted making 1 episode of Sorigami. Doing something different and stepping back from the main project seems like a good change of pace. The Saraburo Deathmatch webtoon is just a very cool concept for us and we will be treating this as a filler from Gul project for now.
At the worldbuilding phase, we might do more Character Idea Challenge on the Gul Discord to help us with more unique concepts. The Gul community is composed of both goofy and genius people....

Hello guys!
The final episode of Gul season 1 will be releasing tomorrow. We finally did it! The last few episodes has been really hard. With the weekly release being consistent, the pressure was on! This was a problem we have identified and will hope to be fixed in the future development.
The approach we will be taking towards season 2 and beyond will be planned out ahead of time. This will mean long breaks in between seasons. We figured this is way better than pausin...

For this design, we took inspirations from Asura (Soul Eater) and Dr. Octopus (Spiderman) as reference provided by KidneylessRat himself. The character is skinny but still has toned muscles. This was one of his tricky features. What we did was make those bones stick out a little bit more.

We are big fans of Orcs so we might as well do an Orc Grim Reaper. I couldn't forget the iconic design of Guldan from WoW with those nasty spikes on his back. Grim Reaper's feels calm and horror does not match spikes though, hence the tree branches growing out of his body. This feature contradicts the purpose of Reapers. A good story might able to explain that wonder.
