Here's a sped-up work-in-progress video from a panel of page 144-- please pardon the shoddy editing on this one! That first zoom is particularly manic, oh boy. Also, there's a couple little pauses I couldn't edit out. (I had to pick up a new video editor, which I'm still learning--at least until I can figure out what's wrong with my current Premiere install.)
Actual time from start to finish was a little over an hour, condensed down to 12 min.

Heya everyone! I'm sorry new pages have been slow this month. February has turned into a real scramble. The last few days I've been out of town on a short-notice trip to help my mom with some less-than-fun stuff. I wasn't able to get everything done art-wise that I wanted to before I left, so new page will be out late Wednesday.
I have to figure out my schedule going into March, but it looks like I need to slow down a little. I'm moving into a lot of complicated pages that are taking me...

Heya, guys!
Sorry for only one page this week. I've been struggling to catch up with a bunch of RL things-- January wasn't a terribly fun month, I gotta say. I'm also trying to thumbnail out an intense scene coming up in the comic and it's been really difficult. I know what I want, but it's just not coming out on paper yet. It's the penultimate bit so I don't want to half-ass it, but it's been draining a lot of my energy.
I should be back to a normal 2-page posting schedu...

Fun story, I went to double-check all the text bubbles looked alright, when I realized I hadn't actually finished a panel on page 139. I tried to knock it out this afternoon, but I ran out of time between some other stuff-- I want it to be a cool panel, so I can't really rush it. I'll get it done this evening and online tomorrow!

First up — today’s comic update will actually come...tomorrow. I completely forgot to set up the auto update and I’m away from home and my files tonight. Sorry about that!

I ended up redrawing this panel after I'd inked it and put in the flat colors. It just wasn't working with the flow of the page and made the action sort of confusing, so I scrapped it for something else. I like Rask (especially in the sketch) and how Egg's ink came out, so I figured I'd share before they're buried in layers and lost forever!
