Base Redesign & Dialogue Ongoing

This time, we want to show you some progress on the UI front, so we will share a sneak peek at the evolution of our game's interface. These images showcase the iterative process we have, refining the look and feel of the menus, HUD, and inventory systems.

Hey Everyone, this time we've also got some art to share – check out the girls' room interior!
In the first image from in-game, you can see some rudimentary art as we get everything working behind the scenes such as grid placement, various mechanics like rotating decorations 180degrees and so on.
It's still a work in progress, but we'll soon get the finished art into the game and it should look something like the second image!

Kyra can leave the Academy to explore the rest of the Isles, where she can harvest important resources for upgrades or new items.
There are special resources to find to unlock new characters, and there are also many monsters roaming around!
Kyra has her unique way of dealing with them, but all these activities require energy - it will be up to the player how they choose to use it.

A recurring point of feedback for Pixelbee games to date is that the animated content in our games could be more dynamic or interactive.
After some thinking on how we can address that, now we can show off some experiments in Godot to try and facilitate interactivity. In addition to characters, we are also developing an exploration system that involves creating numerous environments to explore.
In these environments, players will be able to find resources and encounter creatures. We are utilizing modular grid systems, which will allow us to create a wide variety of different areas more efficiently. However, our aim is to maintain an organic, natural feel to the world, similar to the existing Academy environment.
We hope everyone had a good holiday and New Year period - we've been back to work creating new ideas and art.
