Song Commissions?

I saw someone do this and I thought it sounded interesting - wanted to hear your thoughts on it for availability in next month's round of commissions. In essence, it's where you give me a song to listen to and, after a while of listening to it and getting its feel, I draw whatever image it inspires me to draw. It'd be rather quick things, from a method standpoint (I think), so the fun part would be the surprise of it!

Love Pendants! - 3D printed jewelry!

Hey guys! This was something I made a while ago and wanted to know what your thoughts were on it. I made it for my best friend and his wife and 3D printed it in polished gold stainless steel. Unfortunately, she accidentally lost the pendant at a Renaissance faire when the chain I had strung it on broke without her noticing (I'm ordering her a new one). So, I rendered the model in Zbrush with as close as a material as I gave her and made a turntable video for it. As you can see, he's a lion and she's a hippocampus.

Would this be something you guys would be interested in? What's cool about this is that I can have it printed (as long as it's not sexual - they have content limitations) in dozens of materials, in virtually all price ranges, with materials costing from $7.58 in white plastic to $15,322 if you wanted it made out of solid platinum. It measures 3 inches tall (including the bail ring), 2.3 inches wide, and 0.26 inches thick. How I'd charge it is I'd have a certain cost just for my designing it, and then add in how much the material you chose costs and the shipping in order to get the total price. This particular one is able to be printed in the following materials, and I assume future models would be similar (it can't be printed in all materials that they have available- some, like sandstone, have specific design requirements):

All right, so, big question: Is this something you guys would be interested in? For clarity, what I'm talking about is commissioned pieces of you and your lover (or just you, I'm flexible), and after paying the design fee to me you'd choose whatever material you wanted it made from, I'd order it and send it to you - one of a kind pieces (or two of a kind, if you and your lover both want one)!

Also: I plan, if there is interest, on making more generic pieces to have available - furry themed of course, like decorated wolf-head necklaces, or paw necklaces, or other things of that nature. It would be the same deal - I essentially have the design uploaded and it's approved to be made into a wide range of materials and then you get to pick whatever one you want - buying something this way is simpler than commissioning an individual piece, because with shapeways I can just set up a store and they handle all of it for me.

3d modeled Horsecock!

Check this out! Finally figured out the interface for Zbrush and got to work making my first sexy thing for you! Also, I just added a new reward tier for those interested: $3 per month patrons will also get to see my turntable videos! For those that don't know, a turntable video is a short video where the camera rotates around the 3d model a few times so that you can see what it looks like from multiple angles with shifting lighting - especially sexy for shiny things! I'll be posting the turntable of this beast shortly, so stay tuned for that!

Let me know what you think of this - I'm planning on making lots more, and eventually making stuff available to 3d print (ex. sculptures)!

Grumpy Corgi!

Here's our two main players! I absolutely love how this turned out - I used a new watercolor brush that just flows so nicely and makes a genuine watercolor look! I love Calvin and Hobbes, so that was part of the inspiration for this style of painting!

3d commissions/3D printing ?

Just playing with ideas- if I was able to make a bust or a full body pose and have it 3D printed, would that be something you'd be interested in as a commission? And would you also be interested in pieces composed of 3D sculpts that aren't necessarily printed (but would be for sale as 3D prints if you wanted them)? I'm forseeing transparent plastic figures illuminated by LED light platforms, sexy sculptures that you can get in multiple mediums (I have an idea about a feral lion licking another lion's balls). Your thoughts?

Sexy animation!

Check this out! My first animation using after effects! Extremely rough, but I kinda figured out what to do with it and what works - enough to really give me a good plan for making stuff in the future! It basically works as cutout animation; if you don't want something to be affected by one piece moving then you have to have it as a separate image.

Looking over getting into this, and wanted your thoughts. I've figured out how to do animation with after effects, and I'd love to get into sculpting with Zbrush and maybe getting things 3D printed. What's your interest level on both of these things?
