It's a complete mess but works :D
We need arduino because RPi does not have enough GPIO. For example it does not have ADC and it's PWM is a crap. I can't recommend RPi for robots development.
This is the main reason why we decided to switch to Beaglebone in our future developments.

We announced our participation in the CZequestria'2017
At the 19-20 August 2017 we will participate in CZequestria convention, which will take place in Prague, Czech Republic. We’ll bring Proto2 and going to have a presentation on stage. If you will be there come to our table to give a brohoof to the real pony robot!

Do we need a new head design or this one is ok?
The body is almost ready, but one very important part is missing - a head.
As you might have noticed for the second prototype, we used the existing head model made by KP-ShadowSquirrel. You could see same model in SFM pony animations for example. They are free for non commercial use.
Is it really necessary to design a new head, or it's ok to use same on proto3?
